After we sat down and ordered we were told they couldn't make paninis because there was no electricity - I'm sure they knew that before we sat down?. So then I watched while my husband ate. We asked for the bill but couldn't pay by card because of course, no electricity. Wouldn't have been decent to inform guests BEFORE they...

Stayed 2 nights in a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the sea, which was great. Check in was smooth and quick, and the front desk staff always extremely helpful! However compared to other places we stayed in while visiting Thailand this was well overpriced. The beach area looks a lot nicer in photos than in Reality - especially as...

We really enjoyed our stay at Mama Beach the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Our room was a good size with a balcony over looking the beach. The private beach section is good for relaxing and the noise from the main area of Tonsai is limited at night. Great for a relaxing stay away from the partying and...

He staff were the only positive at this hotel. The rooms were small and full of mosquitoes. The bathroom was partially open hence the mosquitoes and the temperature change between the rooms was subtantial. You could hear everything someone else was doing in the bathroom. It is at the opposite end of the island that you want to be on...

Lovely hotel in quiet zone of phi phi within 5 minutes walk to town. The best thing about it, the staff! Catalia, the receptionist arranged a private tour to Maya Bay for us, gave us a small early breakfast to go and had the bar open late upon our arrival for a bigger (WAY BIGGER) second meal. Thumbs up for...

Shocked at last review, kinda like saying the sea gypsies get in the way at Pulau Sibu! This is a beautiful location, one of the best on island. The hotel is hedonistic and I never write reviews but was compelled to tell travellers who enjoy tranquility with the option for wild beach parties just 10 minutes away should book here....

It is no better than pier in terms of view. View is completely spoiled by numerous speed boats. I would suggest staying either in other locations on island with better view, or at the pier. This location is far from pier and still doesn't have nice views. Bathroom is pathetic. It doesn't even have comfortable space to stand. Upon informing...

The hotel itself was great. A bit further away from the crowds, yet close to the pier and all the restaurants and shops, right on the beach, and the rooms were tidy and in pleasant colours. Good breakfast. Sadly, we got very sick on our last day, and by method of elimination, it could only be the hotel breakfast food....

French and Thai menu. Perfectly ok restaurant attached to small hotel at the far western end of the main beach. Nothing special, but everything we had was well cooked. Reasonably good value. Most tables are under cover in the main restaurant further back from the beach, with a few closer to the sand.

The breakfast is very nice and they have amazing coffee for thailand. The bed was very nice and a good madrass. Nice sheets good aircondition and they clean and check the room two times a day. A bit far to walk but not too far.
