Detailed Reviews
6 of us stayed here at the 3 connected villas with a private pool (highly recommended!). Staff were super attentive to anything we needed and very helpful with any questions or issues we had. AC in one of the lower floors didn’t work too well and they sent a team over immediately to remedy the situation. They were also very accommodating helping our party lugging our bags (many) back and forth from the pier to the hotel. Also great with our one wheelchair-bound guests...
The location is perfect with easy access down the walkway to the beach, which was calm and with smooth sand throughout—a great spot to catch the Phi Pho sunset.
Everything at the resort was spotless and the daily cleaning service waited until we were out for the day to refresh the rooms.
The menu was plentiful and a great option for lazy mornings, afternoons or evenings spent by the pool. A recommendation for any group visiting beautiful Phi Phi!

The location of the hotel was really good. It was near the beach and the pool had a sea view as well. Also the hotel was closer to the main street. There were two pools and they have pool parties on Fridays. I think this is one of the most popular hotel in the island. There breakfast buffet has a wide variety but lacked seafood options even though it's in an island. Since I only eat seafood, I didn't have many food options.
The room was not up to our expectations. I think it was built sometime back. The water pressure from the shower was very low and there was no bidder shower in the bathroom.
Also they do something cheap with the water bottles they give as complimentary. At the beginning they say they give 2 complimentary water bottles but when checking out we were charged for the bottles because we have used bottles with wrong logo. I saw the same happening to another couple. They should at least display on room which bottles they are giving as complimentary.

I’m just coming to end of my stay here. Arrived having initially booked just two nights but extended my stay to 5 nights. We were allocated a pool view room and were very pleased with the location and modern decor. Found the room very small especially as we had two suitcases in tow. Large tv, basic toiletries and daily water supplied free of charge, shower good and air conditioning system also great and easy to use. Beautiful infinity pool looking over the beach with incredible views. Big downside to our stay was the mattress on the bed which was honestly the hardest id ever slept on and resembles a park bench! I even contemplated getting one of the sun lounger cushions off the sun beds outside to soften it as I woke every day aching. Luckily the alcohol consumed on the party island alleviated this!! Be careful when booking to stay here on a Friday as they have a huge pool party all day 1-8pm and it’s packed with people from outside so there was no room for us to use our pool. I was disappointed the hotel didn’t discount our room this day or at least mention it to us on booking/check in. We had random people sitting on our balcony or using it as a walkway. I love a good party myself but I thought it shouldve been acknowledged to us initially.
Overall an excellent stay. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay here.

The PP Princess Resort is right on the beach, with a sidewalk between the property and the beach. Initially walking to the property it is challenging to find the reception desk to check-in. However, they did have someone walk us to our room and show us which water was complimentary (It's the ones not in the fridge with the PP Princess logo on it). The hotel room was average, though the balcony was nice for relaxing. As a note, the air conditioner needs to be running for the hot water to work. Odd, but seems to be to save electricity on an island with limited resources. Breakfast buffet was nice, mainly western food. I found the beds to be uncomfortable, though my boyfriend who prefers extremely firm mattresses thought it was fine. Pool was nice, though I found the hours were limited.
Great location, convenient to the village and the beach. Would stay here again.

We were here 18 months ago and loved it.
But this time round, we won’t be back.
Unfortunately the maintenance staff let us down this trip. Towels taken but not replaced, had to make a point of leaving shampoo and shower gel bottles unscrewed and empty on the counter top to get a refill, fridge not restocked, toilet brushes left in toilet, drinking glasses left half washed next to bathroom sink... very disappointing.

Beautiful, clean, modern rooms. Stunning pool and view of the beach. Great music during the day. Friendly, helpful staff.
Bed was hard the first night. We asked if they could add something to make it softer and they did so straight away. Breakfast was great.
I loved everything about this resort and would return in a heartbeat. Great value for money too.
Lots of people complaining about the cost of the beds in the pool, they require you to spend 2000 Tbt on food/ drinks. I had no desire to do so but didn’t have an issue with the other loungers. We always found a shady spot. We had 2 small kids. They loved the breakfast and the pool.

The view from the pool is spectacular and the location is great but The main reason I’m giving a 3.5 star and not a 4 or better is the music at the pool is not kid friendly we like to have a good time but I have a 9 year old daughter and it’s not a adult only pool ( a lot of f bombs and explicit language in the music ) the room was clean and big, beds are a little hard but do able, you can here the music at night from the beach party’s going on each night but having the fan on did drown much of that out . the breakfast buffet was really good. Happy hr at the pool is nice 3-5 pm and the staff at the pool were all really good ( friendly and great service) It’s a easy 5-10 min walk from the ferry.

I booked for deluxe room. The room is perfect. There are 1 king bed and single bed in a room which is good for put my baggage on single bed. The room was cleaned everyday properly. and in the room they prepare mats, sandals, towels for the beach time as well. Staffs are so friendly and nice. The hotel is near Tonsai pier but in the opposite of the island which is more quite than another side. And hotel is located on walkable distance to the beach tho. There are 2 bigs swimming pool which is see the beach view too. Breakfast is so yummy. And for this stay is my Birthday. Khun Supansa prepared birthday cake for me that was so impressed and surprised. Thankfully Khun Supansa and staffs to make is stay wonderful and memorable. If I back here again, this hotel will be my place to stay again for sure. I recommend you guys stay here and you will get a good memory back.

Exceptional stay with the best service. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we had a daily maid service, providing us with fresh towels and clean bedding. The pool was clean and atmosphere was warm and friendly. At weekends they had a live DJ playing music by the pool, which everyone loved, both adults and children. The infinity pool also looks out onto the ocean. The views were breathtaking.
Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable, perfect if you’re a family. We had a little seating area on our balcony, which was great for relaxing after a day at the pool with views of the gardens.
The grounds were kept so neat and tidy, with beautiful flowers and trees surrounding the resort.
The hotel reception staff, pool staff and maids were all so helpful, and friendly. They always assisted us whenever we needed help, with transport of bags to the pier, or lending a hand with your things back to your room.
An unforgettable stay. We have rebooked for Christmas and new year.

We visited as a couple at the end of May for 2 nights, staying in a Pool Access Villa.
If you are a couple looking for a romantic little hideaway on the beachfront (which is what we thought we were getting based on the pictures) this place is not for you!
The Villa itself has great potential, it’s a lovely design and a great space, overlooking the north facing bay of Phi Phi. Sadly, it’s right next to the hotel bar and another nightclub is less than 100m away on the beach - music from both can be heard clearly long into the night. Villa 09 (which was ours) is also right along the walkway and we were awoken at night several times by voices.
Sadly, the level of cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. While we understand Thailand and Phi Phi are still recovering from COVID effects on tourism, and do not by any means expect everything to be spotless, on arrival we found a cigarette butt on the window ledge in the shower (neither of us smoke) and dirt from previous occupant’s shoes all over the entire apartment. The sinks, doors and mirrors also clearly hadn’t been touched at all.
The most alarming part was the back door on to the patio / pool area that appeared to lock, but would actually still open with the lightest of efforts as the lock is faulty which left us very worried.
The resort is not signposted well when walking through the town from the Pier and all of the outside walkways, while characteristic with palm leaves dangling down, are either not lit or very poorly lit at night which makes for an uncomfortable journey back to the room.
Completely appreciate Phi Phi is increasingly a party island but given the way the resort is advertised and the price we paid, we expected a lot more.

There are men with wheeled carts to transport your luggage.
I stayed at the hotel the last two days and everything seems normal up and operating.
I found their email address and the responded quite slowly to us
I couldn't hear any construction noise in the morning or during the day. Don't worry, they're building new villas and rooms but it's only next to the pool and even there is no noise during the day. (It's very well hidden for guests, so we don't get annoyed by the construction). The hotel can be booked without doubt and it's a great stay.
