We go off the ferry and there was a guy waiting for us, which was nice. The bungalows are situated a good 15-20 minute walk from the ferry up quite a steep hill. There are not many amenities at this resort, It is a room and a shower. The room was clean, we had a fan and the bathroom was...

We got off the ferry and a guy shouting anyone need a hotel he was very helpful and said the bungalows are good and the cheapest on the island, he said 700baht is the cheapest we have since found places for 600 baht. The bungalows have a mattress on the floor and that's it's I wouldn't stay again. Also it...

These people maintained quite a original theme as name suggest 'Bamboo'. But there are several things needs to take care off before thinking to stay in resort - place is quite far away from main attraction of phi phi market & Apart from being on top of the hill and having a view of a nearby sewerage pond. - island...

It's well worth paying a little bit extra if it involves not staying here. I've seen some interesting rooms in my trips abroad, but the lack of care evident here is among the worst I've seen. Holes in the roof of the main room and the bathroom, I appreciate it's a bamboo hut, but we may as well have slept...

A little bit away from the beach activity but the noise is still coming up to the hill. Be prepared to walk a small 10 minutes with a steep part at the end but it is worst the small effort. The bungalow is not a five star stay but it is ok for the price. Prepare a sleeping bag because...

We booked the place at the pier and it sure wasn't as it looked on the photos promoted there. The resort is not so far away from the centre, the hill is quite steep but still in 15 mins you're up there. Obviously there are more categories of huts, some of them have a bed and hot water, some of...

We got a deal on Hotwire where you can not see the hotel/bungalows before booking. The mattress was directly on the bamboo floor, the mosquito net was filled with holes which were partially covered by bandaids. The door could be knocked down easily and there where insects crawling everywhere. It's located on top of a hill so be prepared to...

A friend and I stayed here for one night. There were cockroaches, hard wooden beds, broken mosquito nets, a dripping tap, a tiny padlock to lock the door and no A/C (just a small fan). When we were asleep, we were woken up by a loud knock at the door by a man, and we presume he was the man...

It's might be the cheapest Bungalow in Phiphi island. At least 30 mins walk from the pier, 10 mins walk to the nearest beach Loh dalum, 5 mins walk to the nearest mini mart. Make sure you bring everything with you, or you have to go downhill to buy it. The way uphill to the hotel is very dangerous and...

My friend and I shared a bamboo hut in this resort, reasonable price for Phi Phi average prices. The location is ok, far from the chaos of the centre and just 10min walking from the main attractions. The owner Dan is a great guy, it was so fun to meet him, he's really welcoming and nice. If u get some...
