After travelling for a month around Thailand this place was by far the worst experience!!! Staff rude and bone idle. Food was raw. Ordered chicken it was uncooked. Trying to explain why not acceptable was unbelievable. " what's your problem" attitude. Order of service was questionable too. Chips first then 10 mins later cocktails then green curry for myself then...

Upon arrival in the rain, the manager took our bags and checked us in quickly. He then showed us to our beautiful and spacious rooms that were comfortably arranged. Although we had a few maintenance issues (mainly with plumbing), they were quick to respond and fix the problems. Whenever we were near the cottage or in our rooms with our...

It was a good stay. But, the location is a bit too near to a mosque, and the call for prayers - 5 times a day - is every bit very clear. It is a plus for you - as a reminder to pray. And it is minus for you as the call for prayer is as early as 5am!...

Our backpacks were stores for us while we were on our dive, and as the reception openes at 7:30, we were allowed to leave everything prepared in the room We love hard beds, nut this felt like sleeping on the floor! There is a mosque right next to the hotel so...

Very good looking hotell very close to the beach. Booked deluxe rooms and they were spacious super modern rooms! Aircondition works really well but the internet was pretty bad. Would booked again if it hadnt been for the mosque right behind the hotel that starts singing prayers at 5 in the morning!

I read the reviews before staying there and I'm thankful I gave it a goal. I don't regret at all. Staff was really respectful, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked perfectly fine. The mosque is right next to us but it didn't annoyed me and I have good nights sleeping at Rimlay. Also free...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were friendly enough but could not understand much of what we were saying. We stayed in a deluxe double room which was good value for the price, however that was pretty much the only positive. The negatives include the fact that the hotel is situated right next to a...

The staff is very, very unfriendly. The quality is not so good as the predict on their menu. I ordered a spagetti 'bolonaise' but the didn't use any tomato for it! This place is mainly used as kitchen for large chinese groups, so there is focus on making lots of food in a short time but no quality.
