We chose the restaurant as a group of 4 for a nice evening meal with the view. The view from the open balcony is definitely the main highlight, we all had Thai food which was good portions and quite tasty, however the prices are roughly triple of what we have paid for good quality food elsewhere. Drinks and food arrived quickly however we spent about 25 minutes trying to get the attention of the waiters and going to the cashier to ask if we could pay, it almost seemed like the staff were high as every interaction was quite strange. But they are polite overall. I would recommend as a place to have a drink or small bite to eat but there are better places to spend your money in Phi Phi for Thai food at least

The bar just outside the resort is amazing, great drink prices, friendly staff, and the nicest pool table on the island. Though the pool rules are very different among islanders so set them straight before playing. They also have karaoke, a dance floor, and good music.

Incredible views of the pier, the sea and the island.
Definitely a place to go and relax, any time, any day...very kind and sweet workers, good food and drinks.
The price for drink and eat is adaptable to any traveler and also they have a good rooms with good location, ready for a good stay in the island.
Good atmosphere and view!! A place to go and meet people, enjoy with friends or family!
Take your kids to the pool and just observe around... welcome to the paradise!!

Let me start with the positive, the location is good, walking distance from the pier, close to the water with nice view from the balcony and pool. Sadly the negatives far outweigh the positives. The smell is by far the worst thing, you can not escape it, walking through the resort, in your room, on your balcony, it is every where. Reception staff are not particularly friendly or helpful. The room itself which was supposed to be a superior, was spartan at best. Television was old, remote was taped together with tape and did not work at all. The bathroom was a wet room, which is exactly what it was, after a shower, everything was wet. The shower hose was a plastic pipe that would have been better suited to a outside garden hose, could not adjust the direction of the spray. No phone in the room to call reception. One power point which was behind the very heavy bed, in the middle so essentially useless. One towel each which we had to request. Not sure if it is normal for Phi Phi generally, but no toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. Breakfast is ok, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, eggs, toast etc. I realise the hotel is cheap, but if you can afford it, I would rather go elsewhere. Thank heavens we were only there for 1 night.

Unreal view by the pool, amazing and relaxing watching the boats go by. You can pay to use it for the day and towels are provided. There are only a few sun beds nearby as there’s not much room but up the steps there’s a few more and bean bags.

Staff were helpful with carrying our bags to our room after a 10 minute walk from the pier in the heat. They were always nice and friendly with us and we had no problems with extending our stay (we didn’t get as long as we hoped as they were fully booked, which didn’t surprise us, so make sure to ask early if you want to extend)

Rooms are basic and outdated. The bathroom wasn’t the best, all open and it floods easily as there’s only a small drain in the corner. Nevertheless, we had a nice little balcony, slept well and had fresh towels and free water.

I've no word to describe the bad services that the employee gave us.
When we arrived no one explain us about breakfast or beach towels or the check out. Their only priority was catch the money for the caution.
Moreover, one morning we had an excursion really early in the morning (6.30 AM) so we asked for a takeaway breakfast, oh what a big problem! At the front office they had been really rude and impolite. At the end the gave me something at 1.30 pm when we back from the excursion.
The room is quite ok but they gave us only one towel for person, it's quite difficult use it for hand , body and intimate parts.
The room is full of mosquitoes that killed us.
There's no air conditioner.
At the end of our 4 days the WC broke up and you can't imagine the stink.
At the moment of our check out, we asked for have more 2 hours (check out is at 11 but paying 100bath/hour you can keep the room) how they written on the desk, but guess who cannot keep the room?
They told us that they were already booked so we have to leave the room at 11. When I tried to explain the reason why I need the service (that they should give) she didn't listen me and went away.
Speechless.
No way.
No book.
Choose other, absolutely!
Sorry for my English mistake, I'm Italian but I think that everybody should know the bad services and the rudeness of the receptionists.

My boyfriend and I came to this restaurant for dinner and drinks but were extremely disappointed by the extremely rude staff. We requested for one of the dishes to be made vegan and the waitor pulled rude and disapproving faces at us, as if this was extremely inconvenient for him. We then waited over 20 minutes just for them to bring the beers that we had ordered over, despite the restaurant being completely empty and the staff were just standing around chatting. I would have thought, especially during these hard covid times, they would cherish the few customers that they get. However it was the complete opposite and it was an extremely uninviting environment. They seriously need to improve their customer service skills.

Me and my husband stayed here for 5 nights, brilliant place, minutes from the harbour, very reasonably priced, we stayed in the top floor maisonette. We had a seaview. Yes a little dated but very clean and nice reasonably sized rooms, comfortable bed, clean bedding good air-conditioning, lovely terrace to sit out, the rooms were cleaned every day, free water, and free tea or coffee in the hotel restaurant, the restaurant I would say has the best view on the island, the pool which is small but okay to cool of. My only concern was the poor WiFi. Would I stay again most definitely. Love this place

Let’s start with the positives... the pool was lovely and had an incredible view!

The negatives... the majority of staff were extremely rude and unhelpful especially when it came to a small electrical fire in our room we ran to get someone to help explained the situation and they were in no rush at all to sort the problem. I wouldn’t have minded the old fashioned not so clean rooms as we were traveling so weren’t in the room often, but the rudeness of the staff was unacceptable.
