Rooms are not clean, we had to ask if she changed the sheets and she admitted she didn't, needs maintenance (!!!) and, except for one girl, the personnel was not friendly. Bay is nice and that's about it. There is a shuttle but we had to wait for 1,5 hour before it would go. The rooms are way too expensive.

Booked 3 nights, stayed 1... They pick you up at the pier in a nice boat and it takes about 30min to get to the hotel. Beach is really nice with OK snorkeling. Problem is that there is broken glass everywhere. There are excursion boats coming and going all day leaving no space to even reach the water since they...

Very nice place to spend the day. Very quiet and cool there. It's really hard to get there, use a real bike, not a scooter! U can do it with a scooter, but with a bike its way better. Nice water and good for snorkeling. If u r not experienced in driving, it is hard to get there.

We are simply in love with this place. It's people, location, surroundings and amazing snorkling opportunities. When we first arrived we were happily welcomed by the staff of the hotel - you'll never meet so sweet a staff than here. From the pictures we saw on the bookingsite, we were not really impressed. However, when we got here, it turned...

Stunning hotel on your own private bay! You get collected by staff that take you to the bay by boat (interesting in the storm!) and you climb the steps to your jungle bungalow. Views are absolutely incredible, and the room is lovely. Staff are friendly and one night we were the only 2 people on the bay, so the staff...

My wife and I spent two night at Ao Muong Beach Resort in Koh Tao on May 24th-25th and I had a wonderful experience. The beach was so clean and the water was so clear. I had to take a 20 minutes shuttle boat from Mae Haad Pier which was not bad at all. Once we arrived we had to...

The resort is very quite. Staffs here are very friendly. Plenty of fish, crabs. We even saw small shark swim under our kayak. The water is so clear. A lot of corals and schooling fish. Best resort if you what to get away from the cities noise. The price is not to high either.
