This is my first time in Ko tao. I didn't do a lot of reserch just book and go. Luckily I book this resort. Exactly I want my holiday to be. Natural, nice accommodation, beautiful beach, good food, great cocktails and service is lovely. The layout of the resort is good too. Beach front restaurant next to the pool a...

When you pay so much you expect perfection and this was not the case. Maybe we were spoilt by our fantastic stay at Santhiya, Ko Phangan, beforehand but Haad Tien fell short by comparison. The setting is pure paradise with the beach sheer perfection but the hotel doesn't match this. We booked for 3 people and were shown to a...

We stayed at the Haddtoen for 4 nights ending a two week vacation in a Vietnam and Thailand. The grounds and facilities at the resort are well kept and maintained. We stayed in a villa overlooking the infinity pool and onwords today's the beach. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. The road leading into the resort needs...

The hotel has a disgusting smell of sewage throughout, which we flagged to staff (and they were clearly aware) but no apology was made and no action was taken. It is so pungeant that there were times where we had to literally had to hold our noses to walk around the hotel. The smell unfortunately, also lingered in our room...

First off, the location - the beach is a stunner! Possibly, in my opinion, the most perfect beach in the world. It's a small, privately owned bay of soft white sands, crystal clear waters with coral just offshore, which makes it great for snorkelling - loads of little tropical fish to be seen in the shallow waters. And because it's...

The Castaway villas at Haadtien Beach Resort certainly has the Robinson Crusoe factor. The good: - I stayed in Castaway villa 215 at the far end of the beach which feels very private especially at certain times of the day. The other end of the beach is overlooked by the Beach Club Resort and is full of boats so expect...

Firstly, I must say I dont agree with the reviews below; this hotel is, as it says it is; Barefoot Luxury (I would say simple luxury). We absolutely loved our stay at Haad Then, the breakfast was great with a selection of Western or Asian food, fruits/cereals/egg station etc, anything you need. Yes the price is more than what you...

The "Haad Tien Beach Resort" is a wonderful, original place to stay. It has a grate view, a wonderful bay to go snorkeling and the bungalows at the beach are clean. The pnly thing that wasn't perfect, was the pool, it was dirty and not well treated. But anyways, who need a pool when you have a sea right in...
