This was my fourth stay at The White Inn. I don't even bother looking to book anywhere else. I was so satisfied with my first stay a eighteen months ago that I've just booked here every visit to Nong Khai (I do border runs to Vientiane regularly and I also stay in Laos on occasion) The location is fantastic: five minutes' walk to the Mekong River; three to the market; one minute to several bars; it has two excellent restaurants across the road; it's quiet and clean; the rooms are great; the staff is excellent and professional; and there is a lift. As I said in my title, I don't even bother to look for anywhere else to stay.

I have stayed at the White Inn several times and always had a reasonably priced, clean, comfortable room, with very good service. The deluxe rooms are very spacious, have a large well appointed bathroom and a reasonably comfortable bed. My only complaint is with the odd foam pillows, but I have learned to take my own.

Located in the city center. In this soi have farang (western) bars ans restaurants. 7/11 is 4 minutes walk. Laundry service available at the next hair saloon. 50 baht tuk tuk ride to Tesco Lotus mall or the central bus terminal. The reception staff is very friendly, helpful and speaking good English. Room is clean and well maintained. Strong WiFi with fast internet connection. No breakfast but, as mentioned, you got many options opposite the hotel. Great value for money.

Stayed here following a quick trip to Laos. Great location as major shopping, dining, and nightlife are all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Comfortable beds and cold AC. My only con would be there was no hot water system in my shower. Not a deal breaker, just surprisingly chilly first thing in the morning. I would stay here again only the location and price alone. Great stay!

Located downtown on a popular street with restaurants and bars. Our large rooms had comfortable huge beds, big air conditioner, and nice furnishings. The bathrooms are very nice, glass shower doors, rain head shower, soaps and shampoo, fluffy towels. The owners and staff are lovely, and the manager speaks fluent English. Opposite the hotel are two of the best restaurants in town, Oasi and Mai's. Lots of free parking, some covered. Very good value for 600 baht, ten minutes walk to river.

I was welcomed by name on arrival, even though I'd never been before, they assumed who I was as I'd requested an early check in. I was given a complimentary coffee and asked to sit a bit, and minutes later had my room at just after 10 am. Big room, clean, terrific staff. A few English t.v.channels to enjoy a movie and some news. Very quiet rooms at the back of the building. The mattress was firmer than I like, but not rock hard like some. Pillows however were too soft, but not a big deal. I'm happy to recommend.

We stayed here for a night after our Visa run. Once home(in Chiang Mai) I noticed that I left my accessories on the bed at the hotel. So I phone to talk about it. I can’t speak Thai but the receptionist who works at night was very kind and try to understand my English. After that I got a call back from the manager who spoke good English, She said when we find them we’ll sent them to your place. I was so impressed with their hospitality!! Turned out, I found my accessories in my small Purse.... I’m so embarrassed... Anyways, I really appreciate it!! Khopung Mark khaaa!! Room was clean and staff were great!!! I really recommend to stay!!

What can I say? A pleasant experience from check in to check out. The room was spacious enough and everything worked. It was very, very quiet but with walking distance to many pubs and clubs. Across the road is a nice bar restaurant which I and my fellow travellers frequented. Off street parking, Wi-Fi both free. Has an elevator/life which is handy for a cripple such as myself. Flat screen TV, huge shower rose, quality air-conditioning. And all you’re paying is ฿700 a night! Next time I drive to Nong Khai, this is the place for me. Makes it easy for future bookings when everything works the first time and doesn't break the bank. It was a pleasure.

Clean, spacious, cosy, nice, quiet....close to some nice bars and restaurants...a 10 minutes walk from the river...the only things I miss from making it perfect, is an in-room safe, an electric kettle and laundry service...but otherwise: highly recommend!!
