This guesthouse is very conveniently located being just a few minutes’ walk from the river and within easy walking distance of the temples along the riverside. The rooms are all identically decorated in a white and brown colour and have been recently refurbished. The main difference is in size and location: the single rooms costing 300 Baht are smaller in...

Nothing special but it suited my needs just fine....basic room close to night bazaar and train station, right in the middle of town provided good value for a 1 night stay. I would stay there again if I was passing through

Lithai Guest House is very suitably located but its upkeep of interiors & Rooms is not upto the mark . Rooms are also not cleaned properly, may be some renovation is going on . Non English speaking staff is a major problem in communication. There being no LIFTS , inconvenient for some. Restauarant is exceptionally well maintained with delicious bakery...

This popular guesthouse is still in the middle of renovations so there was some noise during the day but it didnt bother us. At a very reasonable price we got a shiny fresh room with all new fittings in gleaming white. The room was very bright and welcoming and the beds were firm and comfortable. The air con unit was...

It was close to the train station. That was the reason because we choosed it. But staff at hotel desk very unfriendly, they don't speak English and the cleanliness lacking, towels were dirty and they forgot to empty the bin from the previous people.

Considering this guesthouse is just in the middle of renovation it is quite hard to write a review. Lithai GuestHouse is very clean and located very central. You can reach every major activity, bar or sight easily by foot in short time. It has a fair price with included breakfast (Western and Thai and vegetarian). I can not recommend the...

I am delighted to find this place. It is recommended by many forums. Now I add my own. Air con, clean, central and cheap as chips. What's not to like - says I. The associated restaurant in the building has good, savory food and the bakery products will knock you socks off. Free wifi. No pool, no pets, I ain't got...

Ugly rooms, bathroom could use some upkeep (loose faucet, towel railings etc.)... everything's nice and clean though and there's the usual cheap hotel furnishings (tiny fridge, decades-old CRT TV, AC unit and one of those horrible wooden desks.

It's an ok-ish place. Stayed in the single bed, air conditioned room. The walkways look pretty run down and the room smells a little when I first entered. Room is pretty small. But they have breakfast provided which is nice.

Phitsanulok is a very peaceful place.. one can walk in the middle of the night on the street untouched. Because of the simplicity of the place, LiThai Guest House is just the right place to stay. The room rate is sooo cheap. The room is clean, bathroom is ok with water heater. They provide free slippers, toothbrush & toothpaste and...
