Had a very nice stay here. Really friendly and helpful staff. The bungalows are small, but you don't need a lot of room anyway. Very clean and good working ac, cute porches! The beds sleep amazing, my best sleep in Thailand yet. The bungalows are located 5 minutes from the first shops.

We reserved a bungalow trough a website and arriving we saw that the bungalow is different: small, hot, dirty and with a very little bathroom. Wifi is not working properly. The guy at the reception is dishonest and a liar, we met him at the bus station and he didn't help us at all making us pay 50bt to get...

On the first day in Bangkok we got scammed (we knew about the scams, but it still somehow happened to us being totally hangover and overwhelmed by the city. Be careful!) We booked a trip, the girl told us it would be a room for about 25 Euros and really nice. We payed for the way from the bus stop...

Loved this place! Me and some friends had hitched hiked from Ayutthaya to Sukhothai and arrived quite late. The guy that runs Happy Bungalows was really helpful and accomodating even though it was late at night. Comfy rooms and you can rent bikes and mo peds. Other members of staff were friendly too. Great location. Just a really lovely place...

For only 200 Baht (and your passport as deposit) you get a decent motorbike. We were really lucky and it even had enough petrol for the day In our guesthouse they advertised 250 baht but didn't rent any to us (?) and in Chopper they wanted 300 and we had to wait for 30 minutes (8.30 opening hour)

Good budget stay. Close to the bus stop to the ancient city which is convenient. Helpful staff. Everything is clean, beds are alright. It's basic but it has everything you need. So overall value for money is good!

The place is essential. Internet available in the entire building. Room was small but clean. Shared bathroom was so and so.AC and Fan worked well. Location is good in new Sukhothai and it is very easy to go to the historical park. Don't stay here more than 1 day..

We got room number two: street side, west end of the second floor, the room Pros Was nice and big, well lit via lots of windows, and had a nice balcony. Cons Cheap: 250 baht a night for the fan room. The room gets a lot of sunlight so heats up and is hard to cool down. No sound insulation...

Good budget hotel. Clean and tidy Air con rooms for 300 baht. located in the city centre and only 5 mins away from the main bus station, restaurants and bars close by. Sukhothai old town is easily accessible by buses which are situated at the top of happy house's street. Good budget accommodation, would recommend.

They offer you their place immediately you arrived to sukhothai bus station. The place is near the main road and the bus stop to old sukhothai. Wifi is good and fans work properly. The only minus are the bathrooms since you can't flush the toilet and there is not a proper basin. However rather than that I think the place...
