If you are looking for a good quality authentic place to stay in Bukhara, then Amulet hotel is for you. Located 20 minutes away from the airport and the railway station it sits just on the way into the Old town. The hotel has only 8 rooms each being different. The building the hotel is in used to be a madrese (religious school) back in XIX century. Our room was small but cozy and clean. Continental breakfast was served on the ground floor and was just about perfect both in terms of taste and menu. Highly recommended!

I loved my stay in the Amulet Hotel! I wish I could've stayed here longer! The hotel used to be a madrass and it really adds to the whole experience of travelling on the silk road. I was here in January, so being the low season I was the only one in the hotel. At breakfast you get a spread of omelettes, fruits pancakes and local desserts. Very tasty and one of the highlights of the stay. You are within walking distance to the main sights in Bukhara. If you would want to go further afield, then reception can organise transport. The room itself was cosy and warm and very clean. If paying at the hotel, make sure you have cash!

Located close to the centre of town, this was a really nice hotel The staff could not have been more accommodating Breakfast was served in the courtyard and was really enjoyable - again with great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff carried our bags up to and down from our room. Really pleasant experience

We loved our stay at Amulet Hotel, especially the breakfast!!!! It was sooo amazing. Different menu every morning and they were all very tasty. We found the breakfast time too early but their breakfast was worth waking up for. The hotel is very charming and we found our room very comfortable. Floor heating in the bathroom was a big plus too. The hotel entrance is not facing the main street but there was no sign. It took us a while to find the hotel when we arrived late in the evening.
