Awesome stay in Avani Hai Phong where the front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Free fruit baskets with local fruits and I was upgraded to Executive Room with free flow of mini bar items. The breakfast selection is healthy and delicious. The facilities were well maintained. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

I enjoyed very much my stay in this hotel. Room is clean, good ambiance at the lobby area and their Cheers restaurant. Nice buffet breakfast. Polite and friendly staff. It was really convenient for me because our office is located in this hotel and hotel is doing a good job of looking after our office as well. Good impression also from my officemates.

You can make advance taxi bookings with a reasonable price. Hotel Staff are very helpful and nice. Its very nice decoration for Christmas tree. You can consider Avani hotel if coming to Hai Phong. Will come back whenever having chance.

I always choose this hotel for my vacations. It's the very convenient location for visiting Car Ba or Ha Long Bay. This hotel is at the city centre, and they have bicycle service (free) so that you can borrow. I really like the quality of the food and service here, staffs are friendly, enthusiastic and professional.

Great service and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again if I come go back for another visit. The restaurant was also great. The Wi-Fi connectivity was efficient. The TV service also had a variety of options to cater for international guests.

Thanks again for your questions and whilst we do not sell sim cards at the hotel there are shops nearby to us which do. If you let us know when you are arriving we can arrange for a micro-sim to be waiting for you.

Thank you for your question and in answering. Yes, we do have a ATM located near the entrance of the hotel that accepts international cards and is operated by Vietcom Bank. There are also further ATM's available within 10 mins walk of the hotel. We do also offer currency exhange services at the front desk.
