If in London and you wanted to get away to the coast (but not so far that it becomes a schlepp) you might head for Brighton. From Saigon the place to aim for (especially if you take the high speed boat, which is part of the fun) is Vung Tau. And in Vung Tau the place to aim for is...

Very nice area, safe. Food was very good large selection of many dishes that give you the local flavor! Clean bathrooms and the local beer 333 is not so bad. If you get a chance drop in for a bite, the view is fantastic!

We stopped here for lunch as part of a shore excursion from the Sapphire Princess cruise ship docked at Phu My. The setting is amazing and the grounds are just beautiful to stroll through. The food was of a high standard and the dishes were spiced enough to taste absolutely delicious. It would be a lovely place to spend a...

Perfect exclusive Vietnamese hideaway. Romantic rooms. Perfect service. Great food; order roast pig in advance. Stayed during the week (when there are no special banquets). Suggest you check if you book for a weekend. The Inn's architecture consists of several beautifully restored antique Vietnamese country residences; tastefully decorated.

We have stayed here many times in the past but this time just wasn't the same. It seems that it has lost it's quiet secluded status that you would expect from a place with only a handful of rooms and has become a family stop for breakfast and dinner with an opportunity to wander the gardens and play in the...

The property is supposedly a hotel and resort. My family amd I had a number of lunches there already. The restaurant offers both local and western dishes. Tastes excellent with big portions but prices are a bit steep. We love the bread basket, pineapple salad and local beef steak. The wow factor however is the ambience. The restaurant interiors have the...

We spent 3 days here, the resort looks not very special outside but really beautiful inside. View: Beautiful garden with many different plants and nice flowers everywhere - 2 nice but not very big swimming pools. Room: We stayed in "Phú An" room and this is the best room in any other resorts in Vung Tau we have stayed I...

Great location front of the beach, night time is great, was there for business dinner, nice quality of food, nice and clean all the hotel. Looks like overprice from what I have asked. I don't know if can stay but is great for business dinners / meeting. Dinner outside with nice breeze air and karaoke.

The setting is wonderful, right at the beach. The rooms are huge. I would describe them more as "apartments", rather than rooms. The (freshwater)pool is amazing, as long not a bunch of families make it impossible to relax. Unfortunately the property fails in so many ways. First of all the rates. For Vietnamese standards ridiculously overpriced. They don't deliver a...
