I cannot imagine a more exciting, authentic and romantic Oasis camp than Bait Ali. The staff are lovely, the food exceptional, and the facilities superb. Our stay wasn't long enough... and a return visit is already being planned. Ps. Camping in a Bedouin tent, under the stars of Wadi Rum, was a dream come true.

We loved this place but then we like to try different things. Many of our group upgraded because the standard accommodation has neither bathroom nor heat. Enough blankets are provided so that the cool night wasn't a problem for us but if you're up going to the bathroom a lot during the night, you may want to avoid a trip...

very nice and clean camp with a lot of accommodation options you can rent a tent or a room depending on your wish, they do have a swimming pool and great mountain views, food is cooked in a bedwen cooking style known as zarb, which has a nice grilling flavor and juicy tender meats, I loved the buggies sunset trip,...

To be high level camp accommodation not really amazing. The service for money is poor. The charges are too close to at least 4 stars hotel, but not what they offer in return. No hot water in the upper level rooms. Bed sheets were not changed. Food limited choice as open buffet. To be fair, landscaping is good.

Considering that this hotel, really a lodge, is in the middle of the desert it is amazing that it is as clean and dust-free as it is. The rooms are basic, yet comfortable enough for a night. There is not enough light but, again, remember you're in the desert. The bathroom was basic but comfortable enough to have a hot...

Bait Ali is phenomenal. It was a great place to stay as a base camp for a three day adventure into Wadi Rum. Offering various levels of accommodations ranging from Tents (unheated) to Chalets (great heat and private hot water bathrooms) it was the perfect hotel. Traveling in early January, we chose the heated chalet which was perfect as the...

During our two day tour in Jordan we stayed at the Bait Ali. It is Bedouin Camp in Wadi Rum which affords you some modern touches as in lodging and yes even WIFI. The camp offers several types of accommodations. The tour included a tent style room but that night it was extremely cold, so we chose to upgrade. The...

Yes, fast WiFi at the Bedouin camp! Granted, this is a 'luxury' version of Bedouin camping, I'm sure. This was chosen by our tour operator so we had no idea what we were in for. All we knew was that we were staying at a Bedouin camp, so many of us thought we were going to be roughing it that...

A small sign and a dirt road between two imposing sandstone plateaus led to our home for the next three nights, Bait Ali Lodge. The expansive resort was flanked on one side by steep escarpments of sculptured sandstone hills; the other sides merged into the endless desert sands and mountains. Even the kids in our caravan were silent as got...
