We stayed here for 2D1N. The moment we entered the resort, we were amazed. We felt like we are in a small town in Greece. A splendid landscape & nice white architecture building. My room is equipped with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. The room size is medium but comfortable. My room's verandah is located in the backyard & facing the bush. Anyway, their surrounding is clean & well maintained. Breakfast meals are just okay but not much choice. Free WIFI was provided but the line was too slow. They have 2 pools next to each other, for kids & adults. The beach is just across the main road.

It was a very instagrammable, the room is cozy, clean and met my expectations, the verandah is huge, as I was staying in the deluxe room which located on the 1st floor. The surrounding location was just ok due to situated next to the main road. Friendly and helpful staffs. You can watch movies at night with a big screen provided by the hotel.

I booked and fully paid for this hotel for Aug t2022 trip with my family, however we have to cancel this booking as our whole family are down with Covid. As per stated in their website, the policy of the cancellation has to be 7 days before to get a full refund (excluding RM10 processing fees and 5% bank charges). I cancelled 7 days before and was told via email that that full refunded will be given. However, I was only refund lesser of $35 (Rm100) after deducting RM10 processing fee and 5% bank charges when i saw the bank statement and emailed them for an explanation. They told me that their bank forex has a commission charges when transferring money??? And so i emailed them demanding for an explanation again as to why was I being charged for the commission when both side already deducted the processing fees and 5% bank charges. And now they told me that on top of that, their bank has a commission charges when transferring money. This is ridiculous!!!! Why am I involved in their commission???? and its $35 bucks mind you!!! This is like a real scam. Its not even mentioned in their website and its clearly stated full refund will be given!. When I emailed them again and again demanding my full refund, they ignored my email and did not reply at all!. I will report and bring this matter to the police even if this mean to travel over tp Malaysia. They are very dishonest. Be careful when you book!…

Pros: 1. Staffs very helpful and friendly. 2. Easy to find. (using waze) 3. Fast check in process. 4. Breakfast really nice. 5. Friendly neighbourhood. 6. Beautiful landscape. Cons: 1. Parking is terrible. 2. The door doesn't have child lock. (My son can open the door very easy without my knowledge) 3. No Wifi or poor wifi connection. 4. Not so much activities can be done around that area besides photoshoots. 5. Need to pay deposit rm100 in advance. 6. Staircase very slippery, need to be extra careful.
