I made group booking with Mr Izwan. He respond upon my request very fast. He also fulfilled all of my special request and the hotel was not so strict and trying their best to coop with my team schedule nd everything. Not only Mr Izwan, but all the hotel staff I dealt with were very helpful and nice. Mrs Nurul, Mrs Shikin, Mrs Emma...and also all front desk staffs. The view surround the hotel also very eye catching. The best place for ootd. They very understanding and not mind to let us use the hall and check in early without additional charge. Also, we took buffet dinner and telematch package from the hotel. The foods were so variety and nice for the value of RM140.00. Mr Isnor and team also very excellent in conducting our telematch session. We had a pleasant stay and fruitful activities there. Just one thing that I am not satisfied was their TV channel was very bad, there was no network, the technician came to rectify but went out and never came back. Also the sink tap inside toilet also broken. Breakfast also not so mny choice. Other than that, I was so happy and enjoy my stay...

Horrible experience. I would never recommend this to anyone. Badly-maintained building and rooms. Entrance wall had badly-chipped paint and the door lock looks disgusting and as if it’s going to fall off anytime. Generally everything in the room looks disgusting - from the ironing board to the hairdryer to the bathroom tiles. Grouting was badly needed. Remote controls were sticky. Curtains had a lot of stains and the blankets too. Swimming pool water was murky. They don’t even allow us to have one extra towel. Breakfast experience was horrible as well. Lack of variety and nothing tasted good. They can’t even make the chicken nuggets properly. Definitely not a good experience. I would not stay here again even if it’s for free!

stayed here from 30th to the 1st of january and i must say, this hotel does have it's potential if the management just focuses on the mantainance. personally, ill give the cleanliness of the room 3/5. there was a cockroach smell coming from the fridge and many stains on the pillow. when i asked for a change, the housekeepers strictly offer us only a pillow, which never came until i went up to the housekeeper, and asked for one. the towel was slightly dirty as well, so i would suggest to bring your own towels. the room features were also complete with everything, however, for those who will pick the sea view room, be really careful with the windows as it is not tinted and there is a renovation going on at the residential area so the workers are able to see what you are up to. another thing is the bathroom sliding door, maybe this only happens in the room that i stayed in, but everytime i tried pulling it, it slanted as if its going to come off and break into pieces. breakfast wise, it was a horror and disappointed me. with a 4 star hotel, i do have an expectation that the food might be good but that's not the case. the hotdog tasted cheap, bread pudding tasted like a "ready-to-go" with a bread that is not suitable at all. i couldn't try anything else, though i went at 8am, it was packed with people so strongly suggest if you visit during holidays, try going for the breakfast earlier to be able to try everything. the amenities were just fine, the parking is free and spacious, there are few activities you can try out but i didn't so i couldn't give my rating on this. the bar was quite fun to chill to, the singers were friendly and happy go lucky and all the songs they played were nostalgic. but two things that bugged me was the wifi that was so slow, i couldn't even open a simple app. second was the beach that is shared with other hotels. it's not the hotel's fault but for those who stay here for the beach, please be mindful that the beach is disgustingly dirty and polluted with plastic bags and men who would catcall you just for you to try their banana boat. smh. location wise is good, pretty close to everywhere but most importantly, really close to all the restaurants. the furthest restaurant I tried just took about 20 minutes, without traffic congestion, and the time would feel really quick because the route to everywhere is really fun to look at. anywhere you go, it would truly be a place to study the people and the night culture in PD.

Average hotel with Average rooms. Rooms are dated, expensive prices for dated rooms. Need more cleanliness. Staff at reception needs training, very unwelcoming attitude with bad responses. Have live singing most of the days in the week so something positive. Rooms comes with Breakfast , however breakfast is not that great with very limited choices, it's like take it or leave it policy. Staff needs training on all aspects of guest experience. It will come only if they know the meaning of customer service or guest experience . Even hawker stall have better service nowadays, wont be paying such high $$$ for such horrible experience.

Excellent location with fantastic view. Staff was friendly and accommodating especially the Front Office Manager/Elisha, very polite and helpful. Very basic room however the bed and pillows were comfortable. The view from the room is beautiful. Busy hotel on the weekend with family and kids. Didn’t have chance to tried the pool as overcrowded with kids, maybe next visit. Breakfast was ok. Overall is really relaxing holiday.

The seafront cove view greeted us warmly as we entered the hotel lobby for check in and our room too! Our family of 3 spent 3days, 2 nights from 29 June to 1st July 2023 in a spacious room, with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed (Room #2400) in Vista Wing. We were blessed with the beautiful sea view and can't stop admiring sun rises, sunsets and the colours of the skies being natural skywatchers. My son loved admiring the beautiful mansions around the cove, privately owned mansions still being built. There are lots of activities to fill your day if you just want to relax in the hotel. Be it reading a good book by the pool, swimming in the small odd shaped pool, or riding the fat bike (rental charges apply). We went for archery and kayaking which were fun! Thanks to Ms Wong and Mr Isnor for their friendly guide on activities. Mr Isnor took charge of kayaking, gave us good tips and helped took photos of us. We had a good 1 hour kayaking in good weather. The buffet breakfast comes free with room for 2 pax, but very normal basic menu, nothing to shout about. There were a few hours of power blackout due to TNB issues on our first night and 2nd day afternoon too but was quickly resolved. Overall good short stay.

Fantastic Seaview from room n the room is very spacious too! Just tat house keeping might need to improve in cleaning toilet n thier piping system cause some noises when sleeping..however beds are clean n comfortable. So overall still a pleasant stay there for two nights. My gals enjoy the zipline, rock climbing and atv ride provided by the Tough Nation. Good service from them ! 👏
