Receptionist : okay, not that friendly Bellboys : very welcoming and helpful, professionals Room : corridor is dirty, room has damp smell, bed is acceptable, linen is dirty, floor quite dusty - told the room service to vacum but they didnt come, ac was not that cold despite temp 16c. Toilet : spacious, clean, had good shower Breakfast : good Pool : water looks dirty and not well kept. Overall, the hotel has amazing view, i think they should renovate the place.

If people asked me one word to describe this hotel my answer is simple – dusty. Yes, dust was everywhere. On the floor, cupboard, desk. All of them. There was even yellow stain on the bedsheet. Overall a bad experience.

Plus points: - room is comfy, hot water is nice, although (as per some other reviewers) one could hope for more towels - parking is plentiful - beach is nice, with lots of stalls nearby - wifi is good, beds are ok (if just a tad bit 'hard')' and yes there's a couch which can serve as an extra bed so shouldn't have to pay extra for extra kid or pax Negatives: - there's a sense of unkemptness and untidiness, esp in the corridors; e.g. there was lots of garbage as we walked from the life to our room. this more or less destroys the 'hotel' factor in this hotel. - breakfast selection is sparse, and not enough space or it's poorly managed; e.g. we saw one a lone guest sitting at a table which could've seated 4 pax. couldn't find the egg station until the end (I think it was

The hotel has a nice sea view. There are ample carpark for those who drive. The check in is a little slow, but then it was Christmas season and they are most likely fully booked. The breakfast is ok. But the staff at the Resturant are non attentive and seems to be indifferent to the fact that a buffet breakfast need fast turnaround of the tables. We have to set the empty tables ourself only to have it occupied by some other guest. Not wanting to create an ugly scene, we set another table and this time take turns to physically occupy the table to prevent it from being taken away by others. Topping ip of food was slow.

Disappointed with the quality of this hotel, which I will summarise into 10 points: 1. Check-in process took 45 mins! Long queue at the reception at 3pm. Need to improve this process to be more efficient as the hotel should expect such crowds by now 2. After checking in, there were no towels. We only got them at 4.30pm and couldn't bathe until then although we were so sweaty already. Need to buy more towels 3. The handwash faucet in my room 2218 was spoilt and came off. 4. The toilet light is too dark 5. TV remote control wasn't working. 6. Buffet dinner & breakfast was a huge disappointment. Poor quality of food and limited spread, it was obvious the hotel tries to cut costs through the cheap quality food. For RM45 buffet dinner the nearby KFC would have been a much
