There was no towel upon receiving the room. The bathroom has alots of big dusts like never clran for a month. No attention when called the phone line. The wall has the mold bring the chinch bug to bite me only after 5 mins laying down in the bed. Whole my body get itchy and swollen as pictures. I couldn't sleep for whole night. I will never ever stay in this hotel again. Terrible experience ever with the hotel in my life.

Came for check in at around 1315hrs and I truly understand the standard check in time is after 1500hrs. Unfortunately when approached your reception and was arrogantly replied by an Indian spectacle gentleman, by rudely saying OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN COME ONLY AFTER 1500hrs. Without apologising and taking the guest booking name but instead was rudely chased off. I came with my wife who is expecting which his eyes could not see but just kept rejecting saying system down nothing can be done. Strongly believe you should have some basic sense of manners. Overall the room and outlets are good. It takes good staff to make a difference.

Rating this 1/5 because although the view was good and facility was sufficient, hospitality was BAD and that's all that matter. Read on for more on my HORRIBLE experience here. 1. Cockroach found in my Executive Studio Room: Upon check in, we found a baby Cockroach lingering in the room and killed it. Went down to the reception to alert the staff in duty Mageshwaran - he mentioned that he will alert the Housekeeping to come and clean up our room. The Housekeeping never arrived until we bring it up for a second time the next day (bcoz it was a special occasion for us and we were headed out for celebration) 2. Wi-Fi password was not given to us: We called from our room and asked for the password - Staff in duty on 7th November mentioned they will send a staff to our room to pass

We checked in on 26-27 Oct 2019. Checked in process was quite slow as not enough receptionist to handle the overloaded guests. Room was spacious. However, we noticed that there was a urine mark on our sofa but it was quickly fixed by the housekeeping. No water heater is provided in our room which was a major drawback. The pool area was amazing with breathtaking view of marina. On the other side, the quality of food was mediocre. The selection of breakfast & quality of food was below average. Other than that, nothing fancy about this hotel. We visited the other avillion hotel in port dickson area which was more happening & exciting. Will we ever stay here again in future? Maybe but this will not be our first or second choice.

i went for my company courses for 4 days 3 night.the room was great and spacious.the AC was superb.the amenities also great.the housekeeper also friendly and nice.but,the location of meeting room was too far from room with no roof path.roof parking also limited.breakfast buffet was way too expensive,rm35 per pax with limited type of foods.totally not worth it.and this hotel not OKU friendly,lot of stairs instead of elevator and OKU path.
