This facilities are good but with old, equipment, parking space are huge, reception also easy, but many of items are old, room are good, with ac and fan, But no kicthen facilities in the room, NO WIFI 😞

Using Booking.com to rent an apartment, I found us an accommodation at the PD Marina Resort Bay View Villas. Our 8th floor apartment looked out to a construction site and verdant rolling hills through the curvature of which we could occasionally, when it wasn't raining, discern the Strait's waters. The apartment had not been cleaned, the furnishing was sparse and ancient, the TV offered access to only CGTN English news channel and needed two visits by the handyman to fix it, the washroom leaked, and displayed liquid soap that may have been there for over a year.

This is the oldest & cheapest resort around the beautiful beaches of Port Dickson. This apartment type resort has many types of rooms to suit everyone. It is always fully booked during peak or public holidays. The service has to improve.

its known as Bay View Villas Condo.. Contained 3block. Beside old PD marina resort.. Sore eye scenery on the left building.. Opposite have few food stalls... Walking distance to the shops.. Got 7eleven, speedmart... Get 15th floor. Block A View facing the pool & a bay to PD sea.. Apartment w 2 bedroom.. very basic. tv w astro.. Medium fridge & catle..

P.D. World Marina Resort also known as Maya apartment bay view villas. i have booking thru booking.com. The condition very poor. when we come the place is so dirty, we have to wait because they want to clean up. Only two room with air cond. The place is so scary. The lift is not function well. its go up and down while another lift is broken. the water heater is not functioning even the electric power supply also broke. The TV astro not function. we have to wait half day to watch tv. it is terrible place to stay. will not come back!!!

Stay here for 2 days and one night, the rate i can give is 2 out of 5, its ok for people that dont consider much of exclusive kind of hotel, but for a budget family stay and other hotel already fully book in, this is apartment kind of hotel, there is hall which u can spend time watching tv for fixed 3 or 4 chanel, kitchen but cant do the cooking,fridge, spacious bathroom, a little bit dusty but still acceptable for me. Towel is provided but, it better if the management change to a new towel, it look like million of people already use that towel, really, bring ur own, Overall, for me its ok to stay, high privacy and comfortable.

Scary beyond all reason. Back in 2002 the place is not like nowadays. Back then the are proper reception, swimming pool and place to bbq and dine. Now, it is more like rumah tumpangan. The last time that i sleep here the place is eerie. Out of several doors in 1 floor only 2-3 occupied. I dunno what happen to the management. But seriously somebody need to buy this property and make it beautiful again

PD Marina Villas. Charge imposed a night on a room apartment worth it. But facilities such as water for baths and air conditioning blocked. Owner revoke the pipe to control the water pressure up to a take a long time because the water pressure was too slow. Air conditioning is also no temperature control device. So hot like no air conditioning. Bath towels are also provided to children while we are adults. The situation in the apartment also too old & scary. Not recommended for families. Too stingy owner. Will not rent there again.

Stayed in block B floor 13 room 2, Maya Apartments, Bay View Villas, Port Dickson for 1 night 21/11/15 with 3 friends. It was booked at short notice so we had little choice. Checking in the staff were pleasant enough you have to pay cash RM250 plus RM50 key deposit. The apartment was awful. Obviously not cleaned recently and poorly maintained, there was a horrible musky damp smell throughout. Dead flys on the dirty window sills and insect droppings on the bedside table below the a/c unit. The beds were uncomfortable. We reported a problem in person at the reception, nothing was done. We then phoned to remind them and they gave us a number to call! We called that number and were told 'Contractors were aware and working on it' So we decided that nothing was going to change and we went out to enjoy ourselves. We slept the night there and left early the next day. The block is almost derelict and no lights are on in the corridors at night, this is also what the contractors are working on. It is in my opinion unsafe. I travel extensively and write lots of reviews and I am fair and give praise when it is deserved. This apartment is awful, filthy and not safe at night. I would advise anyone to avoid it.…

P.D. World Marina Resort is great for putting the team somewhere if on a budget. We found a MAS person who could negotiated with a decent price with the MAS apartment owner. Our apartment was clean with 3 rooms, a working kitchen, dining room and living room. Apartment was set up with basic furnishings and appliances adequate for a short stay. Rear door opened into a well clipped common grassy yard where we could hang our laundry. Once stepping out, it was a warren of cramped quarters in the hallway, a major fire trap if all the apartment residents had to dash out in one go - pileup at the stairs. Spacious parking lot but really quite a distance to walk to get to local food (roti prat shop!!!) and supply shopping (pharmacy, provision shops) beyond this confusing concrete complex of buildings.
