We stayed 2 nights at the apartment. Check-in not so convenient as they only accept cash so I had to run to nearby ATM to withdraw cash. We book a sea view room and the room condition not as expected for the price. Main bedroom toilet float was broken and need to on / off the valve for every use. No bidet to go with the toilet. Shower was acceptable. The bed was broken and not comfortable. The dining and kitchen area were ok. The pool is about 5ft deep with no safeguard around. We did not see anyone maintaining the pool while we were there. The children pool was yellowish and smelly on the 2nd day due to child with pampers inside there. Nearby jacuzzi can;t be used and dirty with cigarette but in it. We spend time mostly on the beach so only back to apartment to sleep at night hence not so bad. Easy access to beach was closed and need to climb down the wall to go there and very bad for my bad knee. The view and surrounding is good and if the management can upgrade this facilities, the place can be very popular to stay as there are a lot of activities around it.…

Nice stay. Great location. Room were fantastic. Nice environment. Rent with private agent. Got the number at guard post. Reasonable price. Near to the beach n teluk kemang. Suitable for all age groups. Nice view. Again advisable to stay...

Staying at this apartment as it owns by my company. I would say the apartment is bit run down. The swimming pool is big but no guard on duty. The apartment is near to the beach, just less than a minute walk. The beach is clean and the sand is soft. However, there is a stage near by and be expect stage performance. Overall this is an option for family or big group to stay if your intension is for PD good food.

Nice location but old equipment and unfriendly service. No towel provided. Price not worth the money. By the sea... Not sound proof room. Not enough parking spot. Check in 2pm. Check out 12noon and late checkout will be charged Rm 20 per hour.

The building is quite old compared to the ones in PD town, it is located nearby the main beach area of Telok Kemang. swimming pool are not at a very good condition but for the sake of dipping your feet, it is kinda ok. they hv cleaned up the beach area and the water is quite clear (which is rare in PD). an ok place, nothing to shout about besides the cleaned up beach.

Trip for family..rent 2 unit seaview room.. Very good view from room..but the facilities such as tv, kitchen, fridge very old.. If the management upgrades interior n exterior of their buildings this place will be top place to stay at pd..

We stayed for 1 night in June 2014 but was dissatisfied. It was very old property and run down. Only 1 bathroom comes with hot shower. Aircon is not cool and is leaking. The TV set is the old type. Pool and facilities are old. Only good thing is the location which is near to blue lagoon with nice beach.

Checked in on 8th March , stay for 1 night. Clean rooms, walking distance to the beach with watersports, near by restaurants ( drive) what else we need for a cheap & relaxing holiday ? Only draw back was the shower low pressure ! But overall We had a great time .. definitely coming back here again. =)

Cons: 1) whole condo dusty, hard to breath and sneezing all day 2) pretty run down I.e rusty fridge, old small CRT TV without antenna, some lights not working, rusty cooking hood, broken doors, smells 3) shower water pressure very low 4) no wifi 5) reception till 5pm 6) no phone to call reception 7) noisy with function singing till late 11+ Pros: 1) good location 2) next to beach 3) nice view from our unit 4) easy to locate 5) free parking 6) nice pool, but always full

Very good condo for a family. Will come back again. Roomy and very nice n beautiful place to release stress with a small budget. But please enhance the room service like provide towels n upgrade the rest room. Overall great value for money n safety place. Tq to management and guards for very pleasant services.
