please avoid booking to this place. this waterpark no longer exist. I really urge tripadvisor to takeout this PRCC from tripadvisor website. i book a room via tripadvisor that link to the booking.com few in Mar'18, unfortunately when i arrive at PRCC the gate was close. there are only guards patrolling that area. when we ask the guards why the gate close & put divider not to allow people coming in they said that PRCC has no longer operate since last year..

This is my first time here, with family (3 kids). Environment: very silent, but be carefull with the monkeys when you park at the block Staff: very friendly Room: very nice, price are reasonable However, we are placed at the G block(if im not mistaken) a bit scary and at the night I can see only our family on that row. Pool: I give 5 star, my kids love the water park

I was here with my family. The waterpark is fun, especially so to my kids. Rooms are better than what I have expected, bedsheets are clean, pillows are soft. Had a good night sleep here. Thumbs up to their staffs, they are friendly and with good manners.

This is my first time here, it's better than what i have expected! I was here with my family. Both of my kids love the water park! In the resort, the staffs were very friendly with good manners although i requested to have more pillows for my kids. The room is cosy and the environment is clean. Time flies when we enjoyed ourselves here and we will definately revisit again in the future.

Silent tranquill place. Coming back for the fourth time because of the staff friendliness. They are great at serving me, after stay of 2 days we are like a close friend. It give me the feeling of heart warming. If there's a chance I come back, its because of their kindness to customers. The room are ok, price are reasonable during weekdays. Worth for the price.

Where the lifeguard? No safe at all escpially kids pool (fly wheel)..need more maintenance..rooms are no clean bedsheets and blankets...management need to improve a lot.public washrooms at theme park are terrible...

This is my probably my 3rd visit to this resort in as many years and surely my last. I do not know what happened but this place has been poorly managed. It looked aged and never maintained. It used to be an excellent place to stay with a reasonably good pool for kids and adults. It used to be a bustling resort even at night. Now, hotel guest have to pay to get into the pool..!!!!, its almost a dead place at night, oh...lots of cat poop all over. The rooms...need I mentioned....horrendous. Air conditioning barely functioned, water pressure was bad, rooms...sick. Simply...facilities sucks. PRCC had better improve and I mean by a lot or you guys will not be having any guest soon. I have had bad holidays and this is my worse.

Stayed here with our family of 4. Was impressed by the pictures on their website, mainly of the pool areas for the sake of the kids. Stayed 1 night and was absolutely unimpressed by this place. Terribly run down, dirty, totally desserted. Completely over priced. The list goes on. Book elsewhere.

Booked a night here after searching the web for a good family place to stay with a good swimming pool. Was disappointed from the get go. Signage is almost non existent. It looks bare and rundown from the outside. A desolate wasteland. Check in took approximately 35 minutes with lots of paper filling. Then had to proceed to the car park warden who had to get the same information just given to check in person, then had to collect passes for the water park who tried to get the same information AGAIN!!! Finally made it to our room which was average. Room is miles from park entry. Nobody around waterpark at all. Very rundown grounds, pool floor slimey, human faeces in the kiddie pool. No food for miles. The only good thing is that I had only booked for one night! Severely overpriced!!! Website is very deceiving!!…

Paid a visit on Monday actually, and you can almost own the whole water park. Not crowded. The surrounding is keeping in clean. Need not to wait long as well. The staff are kind and efficient, like 5 mins the girl already settled my check in. The room is spacious than any of the budget hotel. Everything provided.
