A good, value for money transit hotel for a one night stay. Bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was not great but not too bad either. Hot shower was not hot at all though. Hot and cold drinking water dispenser available at public area. Overall was impressed with cleanliness of the place. And for RM100plus per room the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Saw reviews indicate good 3 star hotel. Yes, new hotel. Was able to find a car park bay on road in front of hotel. Good reception. Good lift to second floor. Room was clean, but stains already noticeable. Very basic room with reasonable bed, but not hard enough for my back. Bathroom/toilet was clean, but shower barely warm water at night/morning at max temp. Shower water pressure strong, but very weak at wash basin. Mirror small 15x12 in. Only one plastic stool. Bag storage area same level as wall table. No mini kettle, no cup, no bottle water. Good for sleeping overnight. Overpriced.

Firstly, the location of the hotel is second to none. With food establishments and the 3D cinema, just next door from the hotel and the Cowboy town is to the end of the building. The Giant supermarket is at the start of the street. Secondly, the rooms are spick and span. The aircon is great and the limited staff will go out of their ways to make your stay comfortable. The wifi in the room is super fast. Thirdly, I will recommend this hotel to anybody any day. Lastly, this is a perfect example of a good and friendly hotel.

I checked in at this hotel quite late. During check in, the staffs at the Reception counter were so friendly. They had a very warm smile on their face and quite helpful whereby I asked them for their recommendation of places of interest nearby. Somehow I feel like I am at home, having a small chat with my own friend. Good job to the staffs of this hotel.

A very simple hotel which has all the basics. Staff is friendly. The room is clean, everything was good however it was a bit noisy and you can hear all the noise from the lift, doors opening and closing, people walking by.There are restaurants nearby. Would recommend for shortstay and for those with transportation.
