A real disappointment on arrival to find that the resort is situated quite far from the beach area. It's in a sleepy little village with hardly any good food to explore. Furthermore it took so long to register in even though there weren't that many guests at that time. We got a water chalet facing a small manmade lake with nothing going on. Only noise we heard were that of children in the kids pool. Other than that no activities were to be seen. TV was not working and called them twice to fix it and still no sign of maintenance after 2 hours of waiting.
There is a restaurant on site but not sure of the food served. The room had a damp smell and they only gave one pillow each which was a little deflated causing neck pain. No mugs of cups n saucers but 2 miserable paper cups. Need I say more? This will be my last.

Pros:
Fast check-in & check-out.
Musical fountain in their man-made lake.
In room microwave.
Huge room.
Clean and spacious bathroom.
Separate toilet and bathroom.
Free but uncovered parking.
Very nice kids pool.
Cons:
Very far from beach.
Extra access cards require rm50 deposit.
Smelly carpets.
Aircond take longer time to the room.
Private jacuzzi: took forever to fill into tab.
Annoying squeky cupboards & kitchen cabinets.
Plenty of tv channels but minus the usually favourites like sports & movie channels.
Limited electric sockets.
RM15 per pax for mine lake cruise? Not worth it!

Stayed for 2 nights. Satisfied with the services from check in, breakfast registration, house keeping, restaurant, guards, receptionist and check out.

The villa is spacious and clean. Just only water in the private pool was not very clear and clean. Not satisfied with that.

Breakfast food was ok. The Malaysian set was very big portion for 4 pax, and delicious. So far, we were not worry about food.

Really recommended.

I’m staying Water Chalet on 23/9 and Checkout on 24/9 my room number is 6021 .

The room is bravo 👏 Clean and tidy.

The receptionist is so kind and so polite, the management trained they well, i forget to take their name but what i can remember a young Chinese boy wit a young malay ladies, tq for assistance!!!

The breakfast was superb with a lot of variety such as roti canai, sausage, mee section, fruits section, dessert sections, nasi lemak, pau, wanton and more.

The pool was okay, but the the sliding is temporary closed. The cleanliness inside a pool is so so because have a mouldy inside the pool and beach sand.

The Buggy services is superb eventhough you call 100times they will come and served you 👍

Overall its so good and easy for u if you need a convenient place. Because easy to access a beach and food store etc mcd , kfc

Was there for a conference. Despite the location which is not a beachfront this resort is affordable and comfortable.Villas were very reasonably priced and extremely clean and spacious too.
Staff was pleasant always. Unfortunately occupancy was low maybe due to location.
And many facilities including the spa was not in operation

Stayed here 2D1N.
** Front-Desk **
Checked-in at 2:30pm. Minimum RM100 cash deposit is required. The process wouldn't take long. Once they registered us, they gave us a welcome drinks coupon.
** Room **
I booked a Deluxe with a jacuzzi that can accommodate 4 of us. This 78m² room is pretty spacious! It has 2 super king-size beds, fully furnished, with bath stuff and kitchen essentials all set up. All electrical equipment is functioning properly.
** Facility **
The pool is huge and really well-kept! Plus, there are tons of activities like paddle boats, cycling, motor rides, arcade games, and more. Complimentary WiFi with excellent speed access.
** Service **
Staff are friendly and polite; security is good; however, baggage handling requires self-service. No one staff to assist, from the time we arrived until we checked out.

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights (2 rooms villa) with my wife and 2 friends. The room was not cleaned when we first entered. All airconds were dusty, rubbish and dust under the beds and the room smells like the room was not being used for quite some time. Called the housekeeping, it takes about half an hour for them to clean it up.

Ordered bbq set on the 2nd night. The resort insists on upfront payment, they do not allow it to be charged to the room. After dealing with 3 people (2 receptionist, 1 from the cafe), i told them our room number and pay for the bbq. About half an hour before the time they should sent the bbq to our room, we received a call from the receptionist that we were not allowed to have bbq in the room as the pool area was not big enough. I told them that i told 3 staffs my room number and they only noticed my room is not allowed for bbq half an hour before? After some argument they allowed us to have the bbq in the room. Thanks to Chris.

Overall was impressed with the concept of the villa but dissapointed as it was not well managed and maintained.

Hotel room very spacious. Booked a room with jacuzzi, water pressure very low, took you ages to fill up the tub.. very disappointing

Gym and swimming pool closed, gave the covid 19 as the excuse, but the chargeable water and land activities operating.. profit maximisation I guess

Couldn’t ask for any extra towel or drinking water, everything chargeable, they only provided 2 set even for a 4 people occupancy room.

Not recommended at all, no social responsibilities from hotel.

We staying for 2 night and we booked family villa and room with Jacuzzi. Everything was perfect except during check in time reception not telling us what facilities that your hotel have. Second when we try to get additional towel and toiletries they only can give 1 pcs of towel and 1 toiletries. Supposedly in the room must have 4 pcs of towel and 4 pax toiletries. hope can improved that part of service

The check in process was very smooth with the staff being friendly and helpful. The chalet was clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet had good choices and the staff were helpful even though the place was packed. There is a miniature pool available as well at the chalets.

All family villas and two room villas can accommodate a car (per villa). But lots of empty car park available if you come with more than a car... no worries about car park. 😉
