I never expected this. The room was sticky and not so clean. Workers are foreigners/ bangladeshi. The chlorine was a bit high in the pool. 3 of us stayed there but the items are only for 2. Good place, good hotel. For those who like the sea view. And for those who want a private pool in your hotel room. This is the place. The food in the hotel is also fantastic. beautiful and interesting place, also greeted with nice employees, and told interesting places in PD also handled our hassle to ask for room necessities, thank you cik yasirah for your help and hospitality. In the room, there are a few deficiencies where there is leftover food on the bed and mineral water is not provided, also the glass is not good for put soda water . I hope it can be renewed later.

This has to be the most welcoming, friendly and accommodating hotel I have ever visited. The staff bend over backwards to ensure your stay is enjoyable from the General Manager Lim and to name a few Rozi, Ady and Nagar. This was the perfect respite from work and a busy school term. The rooms are fabulous and the bespoke plunge pool welcoming after a hot day. The breakfast is sumptuous. The jewel in this oyster is UMI - a Japanese restaurant run be Zak who is highly trained in tepannyaki and sushi. His signature mango, avocado and mango sushi roll is to die for ❤️ Thank you for helping with the international teaching- changing the kitchen lights to improve the broadcast at 0300 - I doubt many hotels would do the same. You are exceptional 😃🙏🙏😃

went to port Dickson on the 30jan ,staying at Grand lexis for a night with my mum, uncle and aunty, total 6 of us. I have been there since 1982. hotel check in is very smooth,friendly stuff . We arrival early ,so we have buffet lunch at the lobby restaurant till around 2:10ish and we check in after that. we stay at room 102, 103 and 103A. All our room got a private pool . room is huge with two ceiling fan and air condition as well, room is very clean. there's a lot of fertility to enjoy at the hotel, We went to the lobby lounge to listen to live music and play darts. we did some activities such as riding bicycle cost $30 ringgit gor an hour, walk to the beach in the afternoon. we had buffet breakfast the next day, lots of verity to choose. We all really have a good time. the next time we should at least stay 2 nights. great place to visit and just 2 hours from Kuala Lumpur …

We booked 2x units of Skypool Villa, spacious rooms. Staffs at lobby, bell boy and buggy drivers were friendly and helpful. We had bad experience with the dinner (room service), the chicken burger was almost bad it tasted sourish (the patty smells and tasted sour!). I called to ask for a change, a staff came and explained that its their special recipe. Which i had to say, what a ridiculous excuse. Next room ordered chicken chop same comment the chicken tasted funny and sourish...Come on, you should have known for Christmas EVE your hotel is fully booked, kitchen has to watch your stock to ensure food are safe to be consumed. Breakfast on next day, the buffet spread quality was okay nothing to be excited of, mostly are cold.

The hotel was in an okay state. It's a bit old and rundown, but it's still okay. Despite our pleasant stay, we had an unpleasant experience afterwards. Upon checking out, we found that our children's bags had been left in the wardrobe. We only realized it on the way to KL. We immediately emailed the hotel to inform them of the situation. While we were grateful to receive the bags back, we were disappointed to learn that one bag contained missing cash (RM50 & $50). The housekeeping in-charge couldn’t do anything because they recorded whatever was given to them. We believed that the housekeeping staff had taken the cash after cleaning our room. The staff's dishonesty disappointed us very much. It would be great if there was a better system to prevent incidents like this from happening again. It might be helpful to have a system for tracking which rooms are cleaned by the housekeeping staff. The housekeeping in-charge took over an hour to get back to us, but came back with no solution. I am grateful for her effort (I did not get her name), but I hope a better system can be implemented to assist her in the future.…

The service and property is not worth the $$$. Well, I just returned from 1N stay at this Property. Thought of sharing my experience. The Grand Lexis is located just beside the Glory Beach Resort in PD. It comes with private pool. I stayed here with my family and 2 kids, the room number is G313. Why I will not return to this place: 1. The hotel is unable to manage the guest during peak season. The check-in time supposed to be 3pm and the checkout time is at 11am. I was allowed to check in only at 3:30, reason given was the room cleaning was still in progress. When I enquired why I need to wait such long, I was informed by the receptionist and the duty manager that the checkin is from ‘3pm onwards’ so I got to be patient. Well my question then…if that’s the case one should be allowed to checkout from ‘11am onwards’ which could also mean I can checkout at 1pm ;-). 2. I called the reception to checkout at 10:55am, but the buggy arrived only at 11:35am, that too after two follow up calls and with a higher and stricter tone. The hotel would definitely won’t be able to pay back the time that I have lost 3. The room was so dusty and not cleaned properly. They also place the towels below the bathroom sink. Sigh…that’s the first thing disgusted me 4. There is a lot of lizards in the room. We saw its poo in the room and near the pool. 5. Flies were seen in the restaurant during our breakfast. It was enjoying the meals at our table. When I went to take bread, I saw one sitting on the bread for a long time …and again…I just felt ‘yeaks’! When I complained about it to the staff, they quickly placed a candle on my table…but my question is, how about the flies at the common area? 6. The room is not well maintained. I have stayed in many well maintained old properties, but Grand Lexis disappointed us. There was a reason for us to stay in this hotel despite the high price, we wanted our holiday to be memorable and we wanted a clean hotel. But turned out to be an unpleasant visit. I hope the management will take accept my feedback to improvise further and not to disappoint other guests. You should provide a good service and hygienic environment for the guests.…

Room : Grand Sky Villa Pax : 6 Adult, 1 infant. Date : 17 - 18/12/22 We stayed a night at Grand Sky Villa but was dissapointed in a few issue. 1 ) Level 5 Parking Lift was spoiled. We have to walk up the stairs from level 5 to level 6. Told the receiptionist about it but nothing changed when we left. 2 ) The fridge for both the room is not working well. Our aircon is colder than the fridge. When the technician came, he only confirmed that the fridge is not spoiled and all the fridge is like this. 3 ) The breakfast was 1 star at the best. 4 ) A lot of the window and door in the room is spoiled. 5 ) 1 day before our trip, a staff of Grand Lexis called us and asked us if we are willing to change room as there is a glitch when the booking was made several weeks ago. When we asked what is the offer, they are giving us 2 rooms which value lower than what we paid. We are suprised and rejected the offer right away. You do not offer to downgrade a client's room because you made a mistake. The only good thing about the place is that all the staffs are really really nice and polite. Especially the manager handling the breakfast area. He was very helpful and helped us as much as he can.…
