Booked for 2 nights here because it was near my parent's house. Regretted immediately during check-in. The room were dirty with some kind of insect around. The noise of people walking along the corridor was so loud it kept us awake the whole night. We check-out the very early next morning. Definitely will not book here again.

First time I experienced a room with CCTV! We found there is CCTV in the room, though we are not sure if it is functional or not. We only noticed it when we were preparing to sleep. The water in the bathroom is stagnant. Very old fashioned to that show only snowflake channels. There is only 1 switch that on and off all lights in the room. I have small kids that need to sleep with a little bit of brightness. The room we had, was a room without any windows. One of the towel was so worn out, it is brownish instead of the original white, that we doubted if it is a bathroom floor mat. The receptionist never smile, however the kitchen staff and cleaner is friendly and helpful.

If u would like to visit Port Dickson and just need a place to stay over, you may consider this hotel as the price is reasonable. The room is small n compact but nearby it has giant supemarket, food stall,7eleven, mamak stall and oldtown coffeeshop. 15mins from Pd town n adjacent of the hotel is the row if chinese cheap delicious seafood stalls nearby the traffic lights. Overall, would recommend if u just need a sleep over n has own transport.

the service was poor, they only check the room's availability on the spot once we reach the hotel. toilet shower was loud, room was small with little walking space, only 1 power plug for TV. meaning cannot charge handphone / laptop at the same time while watching TV. toilet does not have water hose. only can use water from shower.bedsheets are not cleaned properly, still have stains. breakfast was simple but good though

Checked into the hotel on the 20th day of February 2015.The staff at the front office don't have the slightest clue on what is happening. When i saw my room, immediately i asked to be given another room because the room is very small,it stinks, the flooring has stains and the sink is choked. The answer was the hotel was "Fully Booked" The room has only one 3 pin plug which supports the TV.Charging of hand phones or Laptops has to be done at the reception area.Informed the front desk that my room temperature gets hot during the night due to the faulty air con. They did not bother to get it fixed and the day shift receptionist said that she was not informed by the night shift receptionist. They provide free breakfast. That gives a whole new meaning for the word 'Breakfast"The front office said that they will only give out the free breakfast coupons at 0730hrs everyday, not a minute earlier or a minute later. The breakfast was served in a couple of stainless steel containers without food warmers. The front office forgot to give out coupons and everybody had a free breakfast. The noodles and nasi lemak was tasteless, the coffee and tea was very light.Just to elaborate on the free breakfast, these are the only 4 items served. There are much more comments(Nothing Good) about the hotel which i am going to leave out.By just reading what i have written above will confirm all your suspicions weather "GrandPa" Hotel is worth checking in.

I booked this room via booking.com and the rate was ok for an executive room. So I entered, the bed was vry small and the room was dusty. The toilet was watery as well. They hv breakfast . But I didn't expect them to sting, only meehun or sandwich available. You want anything else you gotta pay. So I would suggest them to upgrade their service as there are other better hotels around.

The place is clean, room is cool & nice too. Just that the bathroom water doesn't drains down. The reception staff's are very friendly. The hotel is very near to giant hypermarket & also lots of hawker stalls.

The interior furnishing of the room is extremely outdated. The size of the room is too small compared with other nearby budget hotels. Staff wasn't friendly. But location wise, it is good as it is near to a few restaurants.
