Avoid the swimming pool
The apartment is nice but avoid the swimming pool. It’s highly hazardous. Underwater light and wires are exposed. No maintenance at all. Complain to the receptionist but they seems like don’t bother. Swim at your own risk!!!

Nice space for gathering
Nice and spacious apartment for gathering. My apartment is with complete furnitures, kitchen utensils. Well keep cleanliness. Neighborhood quite empty with residents, with 24hr security patro. 5 mina walk to Purnama beach, 3min drive to Tanjung Tuan Recreation Forest. Nearby supermarket! With swimming pool!

Affordable but facility needs maintenance
We stay for 1 night from 31 Aug to 1 Sep. Three-room apartment for RM360 especially during this super peak period is a good bargain. The unit is new and clean except that you will need to bring along your towels, shampoo and toiletries as these aren't provided. Checkin was fast and staffs were friendly. Only improvement is the facilities (public toilet, bbq area, drive way to carpark and the paint for some blocks) which are torn down and cause inconvenience to the guest. After all, it is a cheap and affordable stay.
