took the honeymoon suite last weekend (RM300++)...the room was small but clean...the suite has a queen size bed & the balcony equipped with a jacuzzi...my kids & i personally love the jacuzzi...the hotel located far from the beach & near the giant hypermarket...the hotel area was clean...the pool located in the 1st floor was quiet small...the services was good & the breakfast was just a so-so & not much of variety...for me the only dissappointment during my stay (which is the reason i gave 3 stars) is the room were not equipped with the fridge, the hair dryer & the iron which i hope the hotel management will take appropriate action after this...

I called the hotel direct to make a reservation on the evening before reaching early next morning.
It was the peak season, Malaysia & Singapore school holidays and most of the hotels by the beach were full.
The front desk staff, Saras managed to secure a connecting superior room for me as I travel with small children.
I told her that I will be arriving earlier than the said check-in time and she was kind enough to allow early check-in.
Size of room is fine, not too cramped and it's clean. Toilet works fine. Basic toiletries provided. Air condition is good and so are the TV channels.
Hotel is situated in a new housing development, with Giant supermarket and Old Town White Coffee restaurant just a few steps away. Very convenient. Though it's far from the beach, it's a relative quite place and parking is not a problem.

The only gripe would be the staff at the WAU restaurant. I had my first breakfast on a Sunday where there are other holiday makers and clearly the tables are all occupied. Staff does nothing to allocate tables and just stood with a blank look on their face, as though it's none of their business. We had to go round the restaurant looking for seats.
Standard fare of Malaysian dishes of congee, nasi lemak, fried noodles, toast and Danish and cereal. Pretty decent fare.
The next day, on Monday when occupancy was low, we were served ala carte breakfast.
Presentation was good and the serving was very filling.

Swimming pool serves well for the kids to splash around and have a good time. Can't say the same for adult.

Check out was swift.

With the price given, This serves as a good alternative when the other big hotels are full.

About three weeks before my arrival, I have make a booking for two nights via telephone call as I'm leaving in Kuala Lumpur. And made a half payment for the two nights, one their request a week before my ETA. Both events have entirely different room rates, I ask why, the reason was a mistake by their front desk.

Next on the arrival, while checking in, I am making the rest of payment via Debit Card, they have charge me twice. I got to know it by the messages from my bank as I receive notification of any transaction from my bank account, and I log into my online account to show to the person whom am attending me, Ms.Sara. She never said anything, or even a single apology, just said to me a moment and called her superior. The superior, Ms.Veronica did some checking and some discussion with Sara. Veronica later was attending me. She apologies and told me to send her an email with my statement of bank account which indicate the transaction took place. 'WHY CAN'T THE HOTEL DO THE INITIAL WORK BY CHECKING UP WITH THEIR BANK AND REVERT TO ME'... I AM PAYING FOR MY ROOM, CAME FOR A HOLIDAY AND END UP BEING TREATED THIS WAY BY THE HOTEL STAFFS.

Moreover, when I request an iron Board, they brought me a broken board with a broken stand. So I request it a second time for a replacement, and after calling the housekeeping for 3 times and even informing the front desk, I got the replacement board after 45mins.

The room is big and my family loves it. BUT the service is horrible.

Found a gem of a hotel in Port Dickson that is both affordable and beautifully decorated. It has a swimming pool and a Thai Spa where I was pampered for two hours with a massage and steam bath. Breakfast was wonderfully delicious with both western and eastern choices. Service was top notch and beyond my expectations. The manager even arranged for transport for us to get to the beach which is just 15 mins away. What an absolutely blissful stay indeed. And to top it all, my room even had a large balcony with a private jacuzzi !!! Will be returning again, hopefully soon.

I was on a business trip and stayed at the hotel for a night. Here goes the list of factor why I say NO to this hotel in future.

1. More than 30 min wait before someone appeared on the reception, the security guard kept sending messages on walkie talkie but no use.
2. On enquiring about internet , the receptionist said it is not good in rooms !!!!
3. Carpet was extremely dirty in lobby in front of elevators
4. Very average breakfast choice

This place has little to offer in terms of hospitality and cleanliness

Was recommeded to stay in this hotel when i asked for information at tdc information on the pd highway. Stayed in this hotel from march 9-10. Was impressed by its newness ( was told it was opened early this year ). Hotel very clean with impeccable service. Real value for money . Next to Giant supermarket. Only downside - need to drive 10 min to the beach.

Interested with the facilities as in the advertisement. Went to this hotel to spend weekend with my family, the room is new, looking good BUT quite disappointed due to:
1) Want to change twin bed to 1 single queen bed, but the staff refuse to change because she said that the room are fully booked. How come the room ware fully booked but i saw only a few people in the hotel and also in the car park until the next morning.
2) There is only 1 Jacuzzi and sauna, Its unisex and small. Need to wait until next day to use it due to queuing. Too bad. There is no steam inside the sauna room, only heater!!
3)Gym, Spa, Jacuzi and Sauna only open from 7am to 7pm.
4)Too small swimming pool for kids and adult.
4) During breakfast, got many fly inside the restaurant.
5) No staff on duty on Sunday morning at swimming pool area to ask for towel provided.
6) Low water pressure in the bath room.

i stay at this hotel everytime i visit lukut, so i am pretty conservative with my expecations.

when i first checked in, i was assigned 2 rooms on the 4th floor. the whole floor reeked of vomit and smelled like a toilet imploded and there was a house keeping staff frantically doing some cleanup with the industrial blower. The disgusting smell was as intense in both of the rooms then we had, and was in no way acceptable even for a 1 star hotel. Request for room change was then made.

I was now assigned 2 rooms on the 3rd floor. This time round..there wasnt any smell at all..i was pleased..for awhile. When i turn on the airconditioner in my room, the airconditioning unit starting buzzing and whining. i then called recept for help twice and both times the maintenance guy could only press a fee buttons on the remote..and then tell me there wasnt anything he could do.

It is now coming to 1am..and we are still wide awake from the generator in our room. I am not paying if I cannot even get a decent nights rest. Thus call was made for another room change which was eventually given..reluctantly. Hotel says they were "full house" on a Thursday night..in Lukut which was pretty funny. Especially when a quick check online shows that there were rooms available.

The only positive note is that breakfast is still good, wifi works 80% of the time, and ample parking out front.

This hotel when leaving inside in nice and the food is limited but good.
But when you check out please use cash and also put a cash deposit only.
The staff at the front desk will keep a record of your credit card number and that is not all, they will also record your CVT number.
It is done so quickly that if not noticed, you will never know.
When questioned why they did that they will deny and inform you it was not recorded. They will never admit. Even if you have seen them doing it. That was what happened to me.
Your credit card information is recorded here in this hotel ‘BEWARE’.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Once your card is handed to them keep looking at your card, you will see.

Even the manager will deny it.

I deposited cash at the front desk when checked in. But when room service was ordered, cash was decommanded, I refused. the food was denied to me.
