We were staying at Deluxe Double Room with balcony facing off the beach and pool for RM225 per night (with tax and breakfast) for weekend rate. The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom a bit like a public toilet. Wifi a bit slow with just 1MB speed. Breakfast was okay if you're not fuzzy and must pre ordered as no buffet served due Covid SOP. Parking was limited and I've got to parked my car by the road side.

The beach and its water was dirty and full with sharp stones and swimming is big NO but I saw some people in the water though. Swimming pool looks nice but it was closed due to Covid SOP. Overall it is a good place to relax but I don't think I'll come back to this hotel.

Generally hotel is ok, because is due to the long weekend and room are selling fast. What i had paid was bit pricey. Room is ok and clean. Breakfast is normal average and quite plenty of verity. The most we enjoyed much is the swimming pool but much crowded. Located beside the see side and parking is limited.

I am very impressed with this side of PD I never knew of. The beach is very quiet and sand is clean, and the best part was that the water was clear and so cooling. It is not a private beach yet there were only a few people in the area. To say that the sea was unsafe to swim in is untrue. The water, again.. was clear blue and it was shallow enough to go a bit further to enjoy the very cooling water.

The hotel reception is friendly and helpful, need to say that the service was very prompt. Only one fallback was they were quite reluctant to negotiate on our request to have an extra towel, which we repeatedly insisted we would pay. Are they out of towels?

apart from that, we had our family day there with about 60 of us and the hotel prepared buffet dinner for all of us. Food amount was generously served , no complaints. The pool was big enough and clean. But i need to remind those who plan to go, please be sure to bring proper swimming attire as there is a signage to remind no swimming suits, revealing swimming suits allowed. So, in short, you can just jump in with your tshirt and pants.

Room with double bed clean and spacious. another drawback here is the airconditioning was too warm!

Checkout was straightforward and quick. We have no qualms of this hotel. Beautiful view.

Small hotel with breakfast included, I thought it would be good with superior room facing sea. But the room was too simplified, with no proper amenities (no cup in bathroom, no shower cap,no hair dryer) plastic chairs are placed inside room, with non functioning fridge, high level difficult- to -reach wardrobe etc. breakfast simple though satisfactory, beach is good but gate is locked before sunset at 7pm when most sunset time is after 7pm!

I booked 2 bookings under the same name. Guests for the other booking arrived earlier and proceed to check in.
Receptionist did an offline charge for both bookings (RM 1xxx) to my credit card without informing me and allow the guest to acknowledge the payment to MY CARD. I advised the staff that it is wrong to do that and only offered to void sale. No apologies by the staff on her mistake and keep on denying that she is right.
I would be cautious when making future reservations for this property.

Deluxe room was fairly large. Bathroom is very cramped and floor tiles were cold with no slippers provided.

I booked and pay for 3D2N on 25th January 2018, this is the most terrible hotel I ever tried. I am a travel and tours agent, to our line of service this hotel’s service attitude is terrible, the front desk people behave as if we check in without paying, after into the room, the bath room was so damp dirty full of sand as if the beach cane into the room, the TV is useless, any program will turned out with snow and lightning, wardrobe only have 2 hangers with super height any 5 feet 6 inches guy also can’t reach. The water supply flows like muddy water which we took our shower externally afraid to get skin allergy. All whom interested with this hotel please do not try, all u will get us your holiday crash in disaster!

On business trip and short vacation via booking.com for 3 nights few days ago. Front office person in charge was not friendly at all. Was given a room at Ground Floor. Requested for upper level room was rejected with option must top up RM50 more per nite, Showed the online reservation with my earlier requests.

My reservations on this trip :-

1.Room - To upgrade the layout plus bed/fittings - poor quality
Bed - is it a king/queen size bed - too small for even a Malaysian couples
Freezer - stench smell
Disturbing/annoying sound in the middle of the night until morning - from M&E room , I guess!

2.Beach - Nice view, walking distance - It's a bonus. Enjoying watching scenic sunset & sun rise for 3 days. Brisk walk every morning for 40 min along the beach - I did it!!

3.Breakfast - limited of choices while the area was packed with seminar group i.e. civil servants - I guess. Food served cold and long queue.

4. Wi-Fi - zero access. My personal broadband not working at all..

5. The room is facing swimming pool -noisy with shouting/screaming

Mike and Natalie, Australia : Thank you, Alias and all the ladies, for your warm welcome and support in everything! The whole team are highly professional and devoted to their work. The resort is run in good order and style, has everything a traveller needs-cleanliness, comfort, beautiful scenery, great food...the beach and the pool are both super. The fact it is away from Port Dickson is actually an advantage, because the class of the hotel is better than that of most Port Dickson buildings, and it's good to stay in a clean, renovated place, away from oldish moulded structures. A few eating places are within walking distance, if you want variety.

Last weekend my family and our family friend went for a short vacation at Port Dickson. I have choose this resort over Avilion since they has beach while Avilion doesn't has.
Fortunately, it was a good choice.
+ points:
: the resort have both the swimming pool and beach (even it is not a private beach, but since the beach is somewhat hidden from the tourist area, it was not crowded with visitor)
: the staff is friendly and they willing to help on on most of any matters.
: the room is nice and clean
: value for money
(-) points:
: the resort only liaise with Agoda for their booking. It's better to have more. Because I have encounter problem to booked with Agoda so I book straight with the resort reservation.
: there are flies at some part of the resort which was seasonal according to their staff.
: the parking space is limited, most guest have to park their car outside which is a safety issue.

We stayed at this hotel one night on our way to Penang coming from Singapore:
- old hotel poorly maintained
- AC was noisy and very dirty (not serviced for years)
- noisy with KTV near hotel rooms until late night (not able to sleep before 1am)
- very ugly, HDB type, pool not even facing the beach but the parking between the beach and the hotel
- terrible breakfast, low quality chicken sausages only
- unprofessional reception staff, even lazy and did not want to help carry our luggage

Not worth what we paid, poor value for money for what we would rate a 2 star business hotel!
Mainly for Malay guests and very low quality - we hardly saw any Chinese or Western guests.

Never again!

There is no water sport on the beach. The beach is just behind the hotel. There are some Malay food stall along the main road which is about 15-20 mins walking distance from hotel. You may order food from hotel.
