I managed to book this hotel, even though I just walk in without prior reservation. The deluxe room is big, clean and suitable for us with kids. The location is strategic, just a walking disctance (100 metres) to the beach. However, the hotel is facing water problems thus very problematic to all of us. We have to check out early due to that problem, without any compensation, of course.

The price doesn't seems to be budget (rm158) but the interior & amenities provide are same as budget hotel. Room are spacious. As reviewed by others yes mosquitoes everywhere. Only plus point are it's near to beach & food stalls so this hotel don't need to provide as everything covered by surroundings stalls /shops. Building looks like sarawak long house! So don't expect any stars.

Stayed one night in this hotel because it was planned by family members. This is a budget hotel but certainly not worth your penny. If you can add a little more, you can certainly get a much better hotel. The only saving grace is the close proximity to the beach. Wifi is difficult to connect and only available in the lobby or any rooms near the lobby. The rooms have a sweeper each, so you are expected to sweep your own floor! Furthermore, if you open your window, expect unwelcome visitors to your room-mosquitoes! However, you can get a mosquito spray from the lobby counter. Overall, I think this hotel is just a notch above a dorm.

I was here with a bunch of groups for our annual dinner. By noon we managed to get our room ready and sadly our receptionist not so friendly,we got into the room and here comes a rotten and mold smell,it was so bad. the floor was so sticky. They provide you 4 towel as we got a family suite which is at ground floor and just right next to a lobby. Make sure u bring your own soap and shampoo as well as hairdryer! They cant even provide iron and iron board! As room paid for RM 200++,a decent room size but lack of amenities.Ugly looking size kettle. Positive is its near walking distance to the beach, very near. This place have so much potential. Hope they do better in future.
