Upon arrival, we were greeted by a peacock at the lobby area. Aida from Front Office is very friendly to us during our check-in. She did helped to suggest the best room for us, catering to what we wish to get from our stay. The view 10/10. Enjoyed every bit of AviLounge and the amazing sunset view. Staff at AviLounge was also very helpful and friendly. Love passing by all the plants with some little details and explanations. The animals especially rooster gives this kampung feeling. Easy to get around as they provide us a map. However, they could use some upgrading work to the condition of the room. Cleanliness 8/10. View from the room 10/10. The room is a little outdated with some wood structure needing maintenance but is a pleasant atmosphere of the olden house vibe. Breakfast was average. Selection was okay but taste wise could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a quick getaway.

We live in the UK and have stayed at the Avilion in the past but this was our best experience post Pandemic . The front reception led by the Manager himself Rizal Shah was very attentive to our needs and so were his staff. The rooms were clean as one would have come to expect in a hotel with this reputation and staff overall were very friendly and helpful with suggestions where to go. We would definitely make a trip there again in the near future . Also the view from the Avi Lounge is amazing!! So were the drinks served in there.

I had really great experience at Avillion Port Dickson many years ago, so when I need to plan for a family trip it makes sense for me to pick this hotel again. I wish I didn’t. We are a family of 8 adults and 2 kids, booked 4 rooms with breakfast for 2 nights, booked via their official website. When we arrive at 3pm ish, 2 out of 4 rooms are not ready yet. While we are grateful that some of our rooms are automatically upgraded to the garden chalet, the receptionist seems unfamiliar with her duties, she put us to rooms that can only be accessed by staircase, while fully aware that we have many luggages and a stroller. Plus she refuse to arrange porter service for us to individual rooms because of not enough manpower. Could’ve just put us to the rooms that is more accessible. After check in, to our horror the room conditions is really bad. Like it was not cleaned before. Definitely not expecting it to be in perfect conditions since it is an older hotel, but never thought it is so poorly maintained, all four of our rooms have broken safety box, loosen wall power socket, dusty floor, not properly cleaned bathroom. 2 rooms have stained bedsheet that looks like lizard/mouse poo on it. One room has a bathroom door that almost came off while opening. One room has 4 guests but they only provide two sets of toiletries and towels. Called them to request for more towels, took them few hours plus another call to deliver it. For some reason the different part of the hotels are not communicate with each other too. The receptionist didn’t provide enough breakfast vouchers to us, the restaurant staff couldn’t verify that on their end and request ME as a guest to verify with the front office staff by myself, said that if I can’t verify they are going to charge me. So I have to call the service center, got my call transferred at least 5 times, repeatedly tell my situation at least 5 times, to get this sorted out. Facilities are poorly maintained as well, children pool is dirty and full of sand. Many wooden staircase are deteriorating (including the ones leading to our rooms) and shaky while step on it. Literally only 1 rabbit with crooked ears left in the mini zoo, which is obviously poorly fed and very skinny. Room service is good but I would strongly suggest the hotel upgrade the rooms with more chairs (it is only 1 chair per room) or at least some stools so we don’t need to eat on the floor or bed. Food price is a bit high but I personally don’t mind as long as the taste is ok and service is good. Avispa is ok. Not the best but acceptable. Good view though. Checkout is prompt. I tried to provide my feedback to the receptionist (different person from day 1), she seemed uninterested to know and ask me to leave my feedback online, so here I am! The hotel positioning themselves at the higher range but to be honest, I’ve had better experience at lower range hotel. Personally I will not return here again, many other options in PD anyway.

Lovely & comfortable room. Chill & relax environment suitable for staycation. Furthermore, the rooms are big, kids can play around. Variety breakfast are served and services provided are fast. Lastly, avillion port dickson is a recommmed place to come.

We had a short 1 night stay but the staff at the resort made the stay unforgettable. We had a fantastic time at the Avi Lounge, soaking in the sunset while having cocktail. Special shout out to En Haffiz (Supervisor),Mr Thiru (Bar Manager), Hamyrul, Maya, Idah, Mat, and Aqmar (trainee) , who were all very friendly and nice. Their warm and heartfelt service is part of the reason for this, our second visit (first was last September). However we did come across some minor defects in the premium water chalet sliding door, which was difficult to lock and somewhat broken. Overall, we had an excellent time again, thanks to all.

The hotel was a disappointment. The room was ok but the lamp shades were broken, side tables were also not stable. The room looked like its not maintained well. The breakfast buffet was ok but dinner buffet was terrible. Only was served with 5 main dishes and tons of dessert. It looked like they have not enough staff. For a luxury hotel, I was surprised that the quality was so poor. The hotel concept is nice but the maintenance of it is very poor. Although surrounding the pet farm, nature's walk and the place was surrounded by greenery is a plus point.

My family and I recently stayed at Avillion, PD for 2N/3D and the entire hotel is nature at its best. Lush greenery, beautiful beach and humble staff.Special mention to Shan (housekeeping), Sarasvathy (pool/kids cabin), Zahid and Bryan (concierge). The rooms were clean and the hotel did so much to accommodate. Shower room was well equipped with high pressure hot water and room had powerful a/c. Loved the Nature Walk trail, clean beach and koi pond. p/s: Sarasvathy does very beautiful henna tattoos so quickly, she's simply amazing!

We booked hotel from Avillion PD official website to see more variations of rooms there. Room number : 520 (February 16th - 17th) • All hotel’s staffs were so helpful and friendly. • We went on weekdays because we love privacy & avoid crowded. And turns out it’s brilliant idea! 😄 • The bed was soooo comfortable. And toilet concept is outdoor. Beautiful! • There’s mini zoo. And It’s kids friendly. • Breakfast selections are quite good. • The view was magnificent. My husband can fishing from balcony! • Wheelchair friendly as well. Decided to come back with my moms! Definitely will repeat again. View 10/10.
