Upon arrival, we have Q for almost 15 mins as only 2 counters were open during the weekend when we arrived at 3PM on Saturday. The resort looks old and run down. We have specific the room type we wanted during booking, but upon check-in we were informed that only twin bed is available because other guests arrived earlier than us has already been given the rooms that we wanted. So, we ended up having a twin bed instead of a king size bed. We checked out the facilities around and notice that people were not with proper attire in the swimming pool. There seems to be no implementation of swimwear, so most of the people were wearing a normal shirt and short pants inside the swimming pool. For breakfast, no SOP were implemented. Guests were freely toasting the breads with their bare

Strict procedures on swimming attire has always been adhered to at all our swimming pools. This is definitely the standards of all hotel swimming pools around the world. We always enforced it accordingly. With reference to the SOP's, strict compliance must be practice throughout the Resort. The authorities make regular checks at our Resort. We will ensure all guests wear proper gloves which is given by the Restaurant staffs all the time. Loved this place so much. But the staff in lounge (Haffiz) makes it all feel lousy & unwelcome. The place was quite and he's a bit angry when we came for evening cocktail (he's probably in the middle of watching movie or something else and were annoyed that we disturb his 'happy time'?) the place was empty when we came. Everything else was wonderful except that experience in lounge. The assistant manager & staff in lobby was friendly & helpful. Brian who showed us to our room was great too. But i rated 3 star because of my experience in lounge. Haffiz is not suitable to be in lounge with that attitude.

Dear SuperstarK_12, Greetings from Avillion Port Dickson. Many thanks for your review. Glad to know you had a good stay and complimenting our Assistant Manager and staff at Lobby. And of course Brian whom was very helpful and friendly. They will be happy to hear their names were being mentioned. We all go a long way to ensure all guests have a pleasant stay and enjoy. However we wish to apologise for the services at our AVi Lounge. We have reprimanded Haffiz and ensured proper training been given again before he is allowed to work at the Lounge again. This is not what we want to portray here at Avillion. Do come again in the near future and you will definitely enjoy a well relax stay. warm personal regards Kenneth Perreau General Manager

My family and I (2a+2c) have been visiting Avillion since a decade ago. Service from the heart have always been its trademark and impressed us utmost. We were convinced that it was one of the best in PD where we were one of its strongest advocate, happily telling all our friends how wonderful and enjoyable holiday we spent at Avillion; and importantly not to be influenced by any unpleasant reviews. Now, we have not been for any holiday since the start of C19 pandemic, so we decided to have a well deserved break at AVILLION on last weekend. Unfortunately our holiday left my family and our friends speechless in disgust, a horrible way to end our holiday, letting me and my wife embarrassed for inviting them. We stayed in the Garden Chalet and our friends(2families) booked the

overall: not so bad, not so good. parking is a problem when too many customers there. the guard and the receptionist did a good job and welcome my family and i very well. The room abit rundown. The room door and the ceiling theres a lot of termites nest. when we check in, the balcony is not properly clean and theres a sand at one spot over the floor. water pressure in toilet is good. breakfast experience not so much of foods choices. the same breakfast menu everyday, which is abit boring. alot of peacock wandering around at the hotel but didnt disturb the visitors. swimmming pool: they limit few persons to go into the pool due to SOP's and given limited time to be in the pool (max 30 minutes). playground: was closed due to SOP's AVI spa/picture spot: need to pay per person

Hearing all the hypes on this place, we decided to give it a try as these days seems like staycation is a thing. The hotel is rated as 5* but tbh only the price is the 5*. We were given room 908 - location is okay, facing the beach at Tumasek. We stayed for 2d1n, had sunset high tea, lunch and breakfast at the hotel - food is average. Pros: - beds, pillows and mattresses were good. No complain on this department. But there is a light, blood-like stain on our bedsheet. - TV channels and quality is average. - big room and bathroom with bath tub. - it's really soothing to hear the wave sounds just next to you as we are sitting on the water. - nice experience/view at the Avi Lounge. - good services by hotel staff. - pet farm, the resident peacocks, aviary and orchid hut.

Dear Makubex, Greetings from Avillion Port Dickson. Many thanks for your review here in tripadvisor. We regret to hear that you encountered issues during your recent stay with us. We will definitely ensure all issues will be taken care of once the rooms are given a refurbishment, which is happening very soon. Then I am sure your stay will be better. Staffing has since been a slight issue as we have lost many of them during the recent MCO. They chose not to come back. Rest assured we have already engaged a few more hands to assist accordingly in the relevant departments. Until then, see you at the Resort soon. Warm personal regards Kenneth Perreau General Manager
