Booked for one week but decided to arrive a day earlier so booked an extra day. The when we arrived we were told in no uncertain terms that we must pay before we could have...

This is our 3rd stay at Primaland since 4 years ago. Members of my family enjoyed their stay at this multi-awards winning family resort. We particularly like the spacious Studio Suite, it can easily accommodate 4 of us. The huge and safe waterpark is very suitable for my kids. Stayed in superior room with twin beds, the view is nothing...

But the breakfast was bad, tasteless chinese fried rice and meehoon goreng, ayam berempah was hard and cold... i just dont mind about the variety of choices in the buffet but the taste was really disaster. We booked the family suite and it was just 2 rooms (double bed and queen bed) with a connecting door and I tot it was a small apartment. Pool...
