I recently stayed at Langit Langi Hotel @ Port Dickson and was greatly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Despite my expectations, the condition of the accommodation fell far below satisfactory levels.

Upon entering the room, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my stay. There was a notable lack of cleanliness, as I spotted a lizard near the bed and discovered some kind of insect on the bed itself. Additionally, the bathroom did not meet the standard of cleanliness I would expect from a hotel of this nature.
Encountering pests and subpar cleanliness was distressing and highly discomforting. It significantly affected my ability to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel. As a guest, it's disheartening to experience such hygiene issues, which are fundamental to a pleasant stay.

I sincerely hope that the management addresses these concerns promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests. It's crucial for the hotel to take immediate measures to improve the cleanliness and pest control within their rooms.

Thank you for considering this feedback, and I trust that appropriate actions will be taken to enhance the quality of accommodations in the future.

Was checking in on last Friday (24/4/2015), reach PD at 12pm and was told by receptionist can check in @ 2pm. Hence, we walk around PD and have a great lunch in Tino's Pizza and also enjoy the seaside view. We return to langit langit hotel at 2.30pm and approach the same receptionist again, her name is (Lee Xiao Chen) with no smile on the face and very rude calling someone to check our room in front of us. Q: shouldn't be checking the room before guest arrived? I thought she told us the check in time is 2pm? we waited at the sofa around 15 min... finally... we got our room key.. we are so excited to enter our room... however... the rooms key are not able to open our room.. I was so frustrated as we waited so long and at last we not able to open the door.. and my bf went down to see the receptionist and the receptionist just scan the key and ask him come out again... and again... not able to open... at last.. both of us gone down together and seeing her talking on the phone and finally she personally willing to go up together with us and try to open the room door... and ends up saying.. oppsss... I think something wrong with this key... haiz... my holiday mood spoiled... after all ding dong ding dong.. we finally entered our room.. the superior room is very nice with outdoor bathtub.. this really claim my mood down and enjoying in the room.. it is worth to stay and the rooms are large with unique design.. overall is good and worth the value.. but the receptionist is really need alot of improvement as this really will spoilt ppl's holiday mood and sorry to say.. this is the worst check in experience I have ever had.... Hope the management hv to look in to this matter. Thank you.

I read the reviews on Trip Advisor before booking this place. There was a mixed review but I decided to check it out anyway. I did an online booking 2 weeks prior for 2 basic rooms (RM 88 per room) since there was 4 of us and we'd be out the whole day at the beach. While we were on our journey,

I called to inform that we will only be reaching at 3 and to make sure it wasn't a no show. The receptionist Ina answered and said they do not have the rooms we booked and only have the more expensive rooms. When I patiently questioned how was my booking canceled, she got angry and slammed the phone down. I was a little surprised as I was the one who was supposed to be angry. My brother called again and she told him that the rooms we booked were available and will be ready when we reach.

We checked in and went to our respective rooms. There was no lift at the other side of the building and if you are travelling with kids, I suggest you opt for a room in the main block. Only when showering we realised our bathroom was clogged. We went down to the reception and got our room changed.

Rooms are well kept and spaces. My brother's room was facing the main road and the had a little trouble sleeping as it was noisy. My room had to problem. The hotel is a great value for money. Apart from rude Ina, everything in the hotel was good. Oh did I mention that they had a pool too? Kids will enjoy this for sure!

Restaurants and beaches are pretty far. You will surely need a car to travel around from this hotel. Will I be staying here again? YES! I want to check out their jacuzzi room the next trip! Till then..:)

Receptionist was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Sending text msg-es and totally ignores our existence. Room was on the first floor with the view of the pool, ants are everywhere, side table broken and left on the floor, room phone was left on the floor unconnected, no toilet papers, toilet glass door has smudges all over and there is no mirror in the room, toilet ceiling has quite some displeasing-to-look at mold spots, door safety latch is 'broken'. Perhaps the superior rooms are much well kept but standard rooms are definitely not. Do think twice or even thrice before booking with this hotel!

Actually I saw this new hotel which is new & cheap in Agoda so I just wanna give a try. Booked for superior room for rm185 via Agoda. Room is really superb. Jacuzzi for 2,calm environment, suitable for relax. Location is near PD town. But a bit far from sea,no jug kettle but can take hot water outside room for sharing , no fridge. My only bad experience is the girl from reception called Ila was so rude. My experience with her is just the same as the earlier comment from HoJesSica-786. I walked in at 12pm (i know its too early but I've made a special request & I know it is subjected to availability). I just wanted to ask how early can I check in & the reception called Ila who is busy chit chatting on the phone, laughing & giggling, ignoring me who stand in front of her, she keep on saying that the check in time is 2pm. She don't even ask me anything. I tried to explain that i did request for early check in & I know the usual time is 2pm. I just wanted to know if she can contacted me when the room is ready. I gave her my number but she wrote it by force. 2pm i came by but the room is not ready but this time another girl is at the front office who is more polite, friendly & helpful called Ain i guess? I waited at the lobby and end up I only checked in at almost 4 pm. I can understand it depends on availability but the girl should've tell me politely. Hope management can improve the girls customer service attitude. Another thing should be improve is the TV channel which has only TV1,TV7,TV8 & cracky TV3. Should have hotel's Astro channel as well. But I give 4 star for the room. I definitely will repeat my stay.

I stayed at this hotel in late August 2015. It is suitable for a small family because the room is small yet comfortable. A small size of swimming pool is located outside the hotel. However, you need a car to stay at this hotel because it is situated far from the beach. Free wifi is only available at the hotel lobby.

The interior design for this hotel make me want to stay here again and again.
Everything was so colorful from top to bottom. They got great pool size just beside it.
Their breakfast was great especially their fresh milk and nasi lemak.

But-

1) Ants everywhere inside the room.
2) The toilet was not clean properly (sand and hairs).
3) Only one mirror. No plug nearby the mirror.
4) The room is not soundproof. No privacy if your room beside the pool.
