No doubt about it, relaxation and convenience is the best description for my stay in PP. It´s a quiet place, and people leave you alone. That pristine, white sand beach in front of the cabin is something really good. The spa staff provides an excellent massage too. Scuba diving is also of good support. They gear me up with brand...

We stayed at the resort for 9 days in october. The resort is very nice, but there are some details that can be improve.... the villas are not properly build so, when it rains you get some water inside!! (also the AC doesn't work because the air goes away) also I think is very bad to have the prices of...

The easiness of the island gets you in the relax-mode at once. It feels like you are alone with sea, sun and sand :) The staff is very nice, the restaurant open, clean and friendly. The food is good, variation could be improved to fit to the rest of the more than good service. But just coming from Kapalai we...

Pom Pom resort is a very nice and calm place. If you want to forget about every day life I highly recommend it. The beach in front of the rooms is clean and empty. Basicly you can spend almost a whole day alone looking at the sea and blue sky and completely relax. We stayed in a sea view room...

Before booking for Pom Pom Island Resort, I have extensively researched for the right place to go with my wife to spend a short holiday, quiet, sea and beach with excellent corals and abundance of sea life. We ended up emailed a few tripadvisor members and came to the decision to give Pom Pom Island a try. It turns out...

This place was a huge surprise. After arriving in Semporna we really weren't expecting much, but at the end of a quick half hour boat trip the atmosphere was transformed. There we were welcomed on the end of the jetty by the friendly staff who come from all over the world - England, Japan, Italy etc. Then we were led...

Physically stunning - this resort is well run with excellent staff and a low key approach to maintaining the island. We got to see baby turtles which was incredible. The food is nice and satisfying - perhaps could be more varied but the resort is going for a simple approach which is appealing given the beautiful scenery which takes center...

We recently went on a family holiday diving to Pom Pom island. Michelle and Sally the diving instructors really made out trip, they were amazing. We saw so many turtles on our first dive along with lots of other amazing creatures. If you are not divers you can go snorkeling straight off the beach and see such amazing sea life,...

We spent seven nights at Pom Pom travelling with our family and another with young children also. We wondered what to expect at Tawau airport but we were greeted by lovely staff and an exceptionally efficient transfer to Pom pom island. We couldnt believe our eyes really - crystal clear water and beautiful white sand, abundant fish and gorgeous chalets....

Very well designed, constructed, and run. Choose off Trip Advisor reviews, so you can check those for the snorkelling/ diving/ turtles, etc: all good. I was looking for a resort that wouldn't be tired, same old, etc. This delivered. Spacious villas with quality fittings (and they even put the kids in a separate one). Professional, friendly staff (both European and...
