It has very Good location and it has very spacious room. Unfortunately, It has very poor Cleanliness: there were few spots found on the pillow and towels. It has very poor toilet. There was also a noise coming from the karaoke lounge until 3am.

I usually stay in Tyng Garden when I am here for my business trips. Mainly it is near the airport. The hotel is average and is showing signs of wear and tear. Hotel need to do some refurbishment on the bathroom. Room are adequate with LCD tv and limited tv channels. The bed is below average. The mattress need to...

Pleasant but too far from town. Large rooms with big clean bathroom. Housekeeping provide clean towels, bottled water and a newspaper every morning. Tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer provided. Not much storage space meaning things we didn't hang up had to stay in the suitcase. Giant hypermarket and McDonald's very close walking distance and lots of street cafes and nic-nac...

You get what you pay for. Less than RM100 a night (around USD30). Basic amenities are provided (hot water, kettle, tea bags etc), and the room we stayed in (3 adults) was very spacious and clean. Two downsides - not in town, and the toilet needs a little refurbishment.

It seems they were in the midst of renovations because the lifts sometimes smelled of bleach and paint, and there were workers climbing their ladder up into the ceiling...

everything in the hotel looked so worn.. carpet in the hallway smell like damp rotting carpet.. mouldy in some area.. if you're not after luxury and not planning to enjoy what the hotel has to offer, still big value for money as compared to the small rooms in the city centre with more or less the same price... of course...

The place is pretty cheap and the rooms are huge and clean. Its not luxurious (who would expect luxury when coming to Sandakan anyway?). LOcation is decent, but I am not looking for much when staying here. This is my second time at this hotel and i would come back again as it is value for money. I really like...
