Room: The room was large and spacious. My room at the corner and facing the town. Attraction for this hotel is, I checked in on 11 pm on Friday. Usually a standard hotel check-out time is 12.00pm. Surprisingly, the staff informed me the check-out time is calculated based on 24 hours check-n system. Means, if I check-in at 11pm on Friday, then my check out time is 11.00pm on Saturday. Really recommended for traveller who needs time for this. Minibar: Coffee/tea for the room. No mineral water provided. Bathroom - Bathroom was large and clean. Bath and shower gel available. Water pressure good. Location: Centrally located at heart of Sandakan. a few minutes walk to Harbour Mall and the Market. Lots of restaurant nearby. Just a stone away to the nearby sea.. Service - Staff is friendly and smile always. Value: Room rate is reasonable based on location. F&B: No F&B..However there are plenty restaurant nearby with KFC just in front of the hotel.…

Today we arrived in Sandakan from Semporna by bus. Using Sida Express bus. Ticket from Semporna rm48. Depature at 8.00 am which is actually 7.30am bus. Bus stand location behind Maybank Semporna. It takes about 5 hours from Semporna trough Kunak and Lahat Datu. We are staying at this hotel booking trough agoda. Family room with one queen bed and one single bed. Cost rm83. Hotel is avarage since it was a budget hotel. Very good location near to Habour Mall.

Room is clean cosy and comfortable. A good place for those with transport. There are non-smoking room available on request. Please inform reception if checking-in late. There is a restaurant on the ground floor.

No hot shower, dirty toilet bowl in room 205. Also there is no light in the bathroom. The Internet doesn't work. Not value for your money. Pls don't stay at this hotel. Find another hotel surrounding this area.

I personally as a female would not recommend staying here. I am traveling with another girl and we had a very strange and unnerving stay here. The man at the desk was over protective and made us both feel very uncomfortable. The rooms were however very nice and fairly cheap with aircon and a TV and would have been a pleasant stay had the man in reception not hassled us constantly and given us miss guided information.

the room is clean and the room is provided with lcd tv and with 9 channels.its a budget hotel with a perfect view.its also near the sea.the seafood place is in walking distances.we can sleep peaceful along the night.

I stayed here wanting a single room instead of a dorm as usual...it looked a nice room with two beds and t.v.....the TV only had 3 channels none in English.....it all smelt like an old ashtray particularly the corridors...and some one even left cigarette ends in the shower rooms....the best was on my second night i came in to sleep to be greeted by a new brood of baby cockroaches all over the bed i had chosen to sleep in.....I got a refund for the night and left and went elsewhere....want to stay now...???
