I give 5 stars not because of it is 5star hotel but it is worth it with the price that you pay(walk in price is better). It is clean, have water heater, toiletaries(toothbrush is not provided, bring it on your own). The room is not that spacious but it is acceptable. Both of receptionist are good and polite. I want to have activities in the city center, so i tried one day in this hotel then i tried the other hotel in the city center. I found out that this hotel is more worth it. The third day i came back to stay at this hotel. I wonder if Covid19 really took a toll to the hotels in the city center...Many hotels are old and some are already closed. If you are searching for good hotel with good price in city center to me this one is a good bargain and have many parking lots. Im not sure the rooms have how many colours?🙂 My first stay is in orange.(I didnt like orange much and the room looks dim and romantic.i prefer blue colour😅) Some minor defects in this room that i found like the window cannot open and the curtain is stained). My second stay is blue. (I love blue). This room is ok for me. No defect only the water heater i need to let it for a while to become hot water. Overall, im satisfied my stay with the paid price. Thank you. (*** My review is for city center hotels only which is not comparable with other hotels in bandar indah for example or other sides of area in sandakan)

Conveniently located in town which is easy access to Sim Sim Restaurant and Kg. Pukat Fisherman's Village. The hotel also is next to spa which has a lot of facilities to offer for from, full body massage, steamed bath, sauna with reasonable price. The room had a nice view overlooking the hill. It is isolated from town but getting Grab is extremely easy.

nice hotel with massage & spa activities. We have a room in 2nd floor, next to our room is the cafeteria serving nice breakfast upon our arrival. Nice cafeteria set up with a TV (astro channel) & some newspaper. But toilet a bit dirty, need maintenance improvement overally. hotel staff was so friendly.

Average hotel stay with fairly basic room with a bit of modern design. Nice and helpful staff. Room was ok with good AC, nice shower, and decent amenities - tea pot, toiletries, water. Only complaint: Restaurant did not have eggs for breakfast - how is that even possible? Please serve eggs - I cannot eat rice three times a day ;-)

Stayed here for 3 nights. Lovely staff, nice reception area and the decoration throughout the hotel is lovely. Wifi was a bit hit and miss. Location isn't the best, not many shops near the hotel. But the bus to town is only 1 ringgit and goes right past the hotel. Breakfast was abit strange, think we were the only guests in the hotel so the buffet wasn't on. Instead they made breakfast without asking what we wanted so we got sausage and chips?!

The hotel has a modern feel, with a spacious reception area, however if they could have given the rooms some of this space the room would have been much more comfortable. The rooms weren't extremely small but just poorly laid out, so space seemed more limited than it actually was. The room itself was clean and the bathroom nice. However, the bed was appalling! I'm not particular fussy about beds, but it felt like only a sheet was placed over the springs. Worst night sleep! The location was also negative against the hotel; every time you want to get back into the heart of sandakan expect a 15 RM taxi ride. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful, so overall, besides a bad night sleep from the bed, this is a fair hotel.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are small but beautiful. Staff is nice and helpful. Although one girl tried to charge extra for our room. She claimed that it was more expensive one eventhough it was exactly like the previous room we stayed in. Might have been a mistake also. Hotel surrounding is not nice at all, and there are not any good restaurants nearby. Luckily hotels own restaurant is quite good. Their breakfast was ok, but during our stay they replaced the normal breakfast with "Special American Breakfast". This means that they bring you a plate with french fries, couple sausages and egg. French fries for breakfast? Really? Best way to reach city is to cacth one of the minibusses going by. They go literally all the time and cost 0,70 Ringgit. Taxi is the solution to go anywhere else but remember to tell the hotel staff to agree the price for you when you order. They try to rip you off in every turn. After two whole days we decided to extend our stay and went to Four Points Sheraton in the city. That one is wonderful! More expensive, but a lot better too. What a pool in 13th floor! Go to that one if a little extra wont hurt you.

Stayed there with my family. They arranged a connecting rooms. The rooms are very nicely designed and clean. Due to its location, not many people were staying there. So, if you are looking for a nice 'stay in bed' activity, this hotel could offer you the service. It has satellite tv, wifi and a reflexogy spa next door. Plus - very nice ID. Minus - breakfast menu very limited. Adv - good hotel to stay if u drive your own car. Disadv - have to walk a bit if you want to catch a cab.

Stayed here in March 2012 and found this hotel to be surprisingly cheap, clean and comfortable. Room size a little small but for the price that you pay it was well worth it. Room had queen-sized bed, LCD tv, good shower, they even had bottled water and coffee & tea making facilities. Overall good value for this hotel. They have a Spa that offer Thai & Chinese style massage. Opted for the traditional Thai massage and it was good as the Thai masseuse knew what she was doing and stretched & "cracked" my bones. Went back and immediately fell asleep and woke up refreshed

Pls make sure u r very becareful when u check-in tat time, u should ask wat room type & price they r giving u, even you are confirmed the booked early with confirmation slip. U will found tat on check-out time the bill is total different with u confirmation slip. They are taken advantage from you to make profit$$. U will not known the room type u stayed until u check-out tat time. I out of time rushing to airport, n not time argue wif them on this. But I feel they are cheating me on this.
