Hotel is good distant from airport. Arrived at 9am. Rooms ready but RM30 charged for early cheked in. Acceptable extra price. Simple breakfast available at RM18x4...not value for money. Unless come with room. Optional local food restoran within the vicinity.
Grab cars easily available (plus point). Orang utan sepilok centre is a good distant too. Rooms ok ok. Abit rundown but housekeeping is ready to assist.
Front office staff v helpful. Mgmt allowed extended checked out time due to flight issue.
May recommend friends to stay for short period.

The hotel is quite near to the airport but far off the city centre of Sandakan. If you never been to Sandakan before and want to explore the town, I suggest you find one that located in the city center and not this one. The lobby looks good and the staff is friendly and quite helpful. I got quite a big room with a queen sized bed and a single bed. No carpet. I was actually a bit dissapointed with the cleanliness of the room, especially the toilet, I realized the bathtub was quite dirty, I think the cleaners didn't rub and clean the tub properly. There's a kettle and you can always drink coffee or tea in the room. The TV also ok with some good channels. There's no free wifi in the room. The restaurant is small, but the food selection is good.

Just an average stay. Reception was smooth but other services could be better. Standard room amenities equivalent to 3 stars hotel. Good selection of TV channels and spacious room were the plus points. On the other hands, stained bed covers and hair on shower room floor were the minus points. Eateries were walking distance you will be spoilt with varieties of local foods. Overall, it is good for travellers on budget.

The hotel is near to airport but not downtown, spend less than 3 minutes journey from airport to this hotel but another 15kms to downtown.

We were stayed in king size bed room, and able to stay in 2 different rooms to have different view. The hotel is new, everything is good and new! We were surprised it was fully booked everyday! TV is working well with satellite TV, 3rd floor is non-smoking room, and 5th floor is smoking room. While one thing a bit disappointed is no wifi in the room. And there is a corner in the lobby to provide PC with internet, but is chargeable. We found that the hotel is good in lighting decoration, from room to lobby and the restaurant, not bad. The staffs are polite, including front office and F&B, well-done.

The breakfast is ok, everyday is different menu to make you not so bored. However I am worry not enough capacity to cater full house, the restaurant is small.

As mentioned, the location is not close to downtown, please make sure the accessibility is well planned. The hotel is provided airport transfer, not sure others. However, car rental is recommended, you can get it in the airport and free parking is provided in this hotel. Or else arrange pickup by your tour agent. Although is far from downtown, but is close to crocodile farm, and is a middle point to Sepilok Orang Utan Sanctuary and Labuk Bay. After the whole day activity and tired, to reach this hotel we felt very fast. Surrounding this hotel is a new business area, many shops and local restaurants with reasonable price.

It was introduced by my local friend to stay in this hotel. Is a good hotel recommended because it is new, hope it can keep well in long run.

I have booked 4 days 3 nights for my business trip. But very disappointed with the room. I' taking a standard double room with price RM158 but it didnt worth with it. Reasons:
- no mineral water provide, requested for the first night. 2nd day still didnt provide.
- ONLY provided soap and shampoo, others didnt have.
- no replacement for shower cap and sanitary bag. Stay for 3 nights, use the same shower cap for 3 days??
- bed sheet, pillows & towers look like a bit old and dirty.
- water too hot for shower even switch to cold it still hot, maybe the heater have problem i guess.
- poor maintenance for the room, seem need to have some renovation for the room.
- air cond bit noisy.

With the price of RM158, definitely can get a better room at others hotel in Sandakan. Will not stay again for this hotel.

Glad that I stayed just for 1 night, but that 1 night cause me to have a bar flu, as I am allergic to dusty. The place itself is okay, and quite convenient for those who just want to stay for a day transit, as it is near to the airport, and only 20mins to Sepilok Orang Utan. The place is rundown, as u can see in the pictures, they seem not to have effort to change the bad wall paper, clean the dusty etc. Really need to refurbish again. Stay away if u have an allergic to dusty, u will regret like me. But a good area for transit in terms of location. Breakfast food was just okay.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very nice and comfortable. Suitable for family and backpacker. Wifi signal is ok. Morning breakfast also ok. The front desk is really friendly. Around the hotel got many halal restaurants and I saw 1 Mamak Restaurant.

Nice hotel situated near to Sandakan airport of about 6-8km. it also situated near to sepilok orangutan rehabilition centre (6-8km). The recipient staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel room were nice and clean. There are very limited TV channels available. One persisting problem I faced is their room key which is electronic card were frequently can’t be used to open the door. I need to get back few times to the lobby to get it activated during my stays here. Their breakfast choices were limited to only rice & noodles as their main dishes. They even don’t have any egg station available.

Firstly, we did not stay in the hotel, however we just visited the hotel on a Friday night for a family dinner of buffet steamboat and it was awesome.. Various types of seafood are available such as prawns, fish, crabs, mussels, clamp, cuttlefish and etc. Apart from that, there are a lot of ready cooked foods such as fried rice, noodles, chicken wings, beef stew, salted chicken, baked mussels, lamb stew, vegetables and etc.. There are raw chicken and beef meat available for steamboat apart from the various types of vegetables and processed food (fishballs, sausage, etc). The desserts consist of local black glutinous rice with sago sweet soup and various types of ice cream, jelly, pudding and cakes...the coconut pudding is nice.. the atmosphere is serene with air conditioning and background musics..

Overall, the price is cheap and reasonable and do keep in mind that the buffet is only available on Friday night only. Do call the hotel for confirmation /reservation if you have a big crowd going.

The check in was ok as not many guest upon our arrival. The rooms was so so. Nothing much surrounding area and if you don't have a car it quite difficult to move around Sandakan. The price paid is RM150nett with is not too bad with free wifi. We choose this hotel because it is quite new.
