For a budget hotel, very impressive to have many facilities such as wifi, cable tv etc. Location wise very good. Located at the centre of Sandakan town. Few steps to Harbour Mall. Young but Well-trained staff & receptions! Keep up the good work!!

Staying here for 2 nights with my officemate and took 2 rooms. Entering the lobby has given unpleasant smell. Clearly from the unproperly drying the wet carpet. Counter too noisy with group of young boys talking. Smells continue until the top floor where we stay. Room that I took also smelly. Can't get g8od sleep the whole 1st night. Noise come from the corridor where the young boys and girls playing like child. My officemate even worst. Not only smelly, the young boys and girls whose stay the next room also making noise on night time. Notice the counter boy is friend with them but doing nothing to ask them to silent. Not worth it and sure no more 2nd stay. Main page website says kettle provided but there aren't. Even hotels in Tenom and Sipitang are better even without much tourist like Sandakan.…

Room is comfortable and price per room is average. Seems newly refurbish by new Owner. Location wise, very strategic at the Harbour Square, Sandakan and nearby to restaurants. Recommended to all travelers.

Nice budget hotel. Stayed here for 2 nites. .The staffs are super friendly, room is clean and the area is happening!! Location at the centre of Sandakan Town..walking distance to Harbour Mall, Four Points Hotel and Wet Market.. Recommend others to try this budget hotel..am sure you will satisfy!!

Hotel staff laughs about the fact that there are roaches in our room. Really disgusting and not hospitable. Do not go here unless you have no other choice! I also added picture proof. I think there are better options in this town, although the town itself is also not quite fancy and clean.
