Solo traveller. Staying 2 nights. Place was good. WiFi available. Cleanliness is great. Great staff. Parking available. Drive own car would be better. Hotel is a bit away from city centre. Nearby restaurant and Laundry shop available. Hotel still great although after the pandemic.

Stayed here few days for a family trip, bedroom and toilet was spacious and clean. We brought our own car, so it's easier for us to get around - there's free parking. Friendly and helpful staffs. There are restaurants behind, however there might be some children begging for food or money, just ignore them as they are likely a scam.

We came to visit Sandakan City for meeting up some family members over the weekend. Our booking was entirely done through internet search engine. I must say, the hotel location is a bit off the main thoroughfare Jalan Labuk. The hotel entrance is actually at the back row of the shophouse at Bandar Maju. It is approximately 1.7 miles from City commercial centre. We didn't have a chance to try out their hotel breakfast because our hotel offer was without breakfast. But I believe we didn't miss much, as our friends took us out for eateries in the City. The room was pretty small but adequate for 2, if your idea is to sleep. Not much of a view from our room, as it was on the first floor and there is a pedestrian corridor alongside the window. So we had to draw the curtain throughout our stay. We were told rooms on the upper floors were not available. An electrical kettle is provided, but no refreshment like tea bags or ready-mix coffee are ever given. Only a bottle of distilled water. For the seasoned travellers, please note : No bath robe, no hair dryer, no fridge, no comb, no tooth brush, nor tooth paste. A smallish old fashion television which could received 3 channels for your entertainment. Staff are noticeably friendly. The bed is comfy. Bathroom is considered well maintained. Overall, the hotel is rated as clean.

My second visit to this hotel and was not disappointed. It was clean and wifi was fast too. Located close to Dutchess of Kent Hospital. A few restaurants close by but nothing fancy. You might need a car to get around the city. Staff were very friendly

At first glance i was disappointed. It is a hotel attached to shoplots. Didnt look very presentable. But when i walked in was surprised it was superb. Wifi is fast and good as i write this. Food stalls can be found nearby. Only local food, nothing fancy. I will stay here again.

This is a very simple boutique hotel. With very basic amenities. No breakfast option. Not easy to get to without a car (like most hotels in Sandakan) Rooms are comfortable enough. Aircond works fine. Has nice hot showers. Poor wifi connection.

We are so used to staying in this hotel during our visits to Sandakan. The location is nice in a sense its quite the parking is convenient. A part from that the hotel has family rooms to cater for a family of three. There are also restaurants surrounding the hotel which makes it convenient to have even late supper. The hotel does not have a restaurant in it. The shower is good and so are the beds but the pillows are a bit hard. Overall a cosy hotel to stay under minimum charge.

This is a very simple and lovely hotel located in the town Sandakan had stayed there numerous times . The rooms are clean and quiet. There are several eateries around the hotel which makes it easier for food. There is no breakfast provided in this hotel but the but the rates are quite cheap and reasonable . Family rooms are available for people travelling with children . There is no lifts for the upper floor need to use the stairs. The parking is ample as well as safe in front of the hotel. Sleeping environment is good as it has a quite surrounding. Worth a stay for those looking for a cozy and economical stay.

I staying at this hotel for 4 nights. I am satisfy with it. It is clean, and the staff is friendly.however, the location not really good. But it would be fine if u have your own transport. They will be doing daily room service even if your room still look tidy. No parking problem as it is not a commercial area. You can have a peaceful sleep there.
