Basic facilities that required are all there but old and this hotel need facelift for further improvement. Regarding the location are far from town and not very strategic. Meaning to say need main transportation will be taxi to go around.

We made a very quick stop here but what we saw was very nice. Restaurant kindly stayed open late to feed us after our late arrival. Room was pleasant but we stayed only a few hours so may be better judged by those who stayed longer.

Stayed three days in total in between trips to other spots. Found the rooms comfortable and clean. Good internet access in rooms. Breakfast was good value. Beer was well over priced at £5 for a bottle of Tiger. Lovely pool area spoiled by sewage smell in the afternoon- don't know what that was about.Easy access to town by taxi.(£2) so...

We stayed here as part of a tour group. The rooms were a good size, huge bed, big bathroom and a great shower. Bar and pool area are nice and relaxing. We also had the BBQ Buffet on the Saturday night which was great value with a huge choice of foods. Drink choices are a bit limited. Breakfast buffet is...

A group of us of around 26 stopped off for a quick bite to eat while travelling to the airport. The food tasted very good and it was great value for money. We had soup, a buffet main course, small cakes and Mellon for dessert, followed by coffee. Great food for a great price.

The room was big and looked out to the front of the hotel. A nice walk in shower with plenty of hot water . The restaurant was good and the serving staff so friendly. The pool looked cleaned with plenty of sun beds. My only comment was that it all looks a bit tired with peeling paint and old furniture....

My daughter was sick and we needed somewhere comfortable and safe to stay. Turned out she had chicken pox (despite being vaccinated and it was a mild dose) so we parked ourselves here for a few nights as she recovered. It was perfect. We negotiated a price at the front desk and they agreed to let all of us into...

Stayed here for 4 nights, and wanted to stay longer. The room we stayed in was great size and had a view of the pool. Bathroom had both a bath and shower and overall was really nice room. We did have a small problem with ants (possibly due to food we had in room or us coming from jungle) however...

Had a nice time with family and friend. We drove all the way from Kota Kinabalu and felt exhausted by the time we arrived. Nice welcomes from the staff and lots of area to park our rented four wheeler. Rooms was a bit dated and air circulation requires much improvement. Maybe they need to service their central unit compressor filter....
