Stay in this hotel for 2 nights, check in is a swift, all ready. Hotel is kind of shop converted. Staff very helpful. Room size just good for short stay and CLEAN. Nightlife just round the corner and eateries every where and yet the hotel situated on the quiet side. Definitely recommend for budget travel.

Book a standard room, even the room is small but the condition quite good. Environment also not bad as walking distance can get restaurants, banks and branded fast food around, there is 24 hours convenience store behind the hotel. U can choose this hotel if staying just for a sleep but not to enjoy the facilities of hotel.

Simple budget hotel in a commercial area. There are a few restaurants around the hotel and the rooms are clean and cheap. Rooms are small and the view is not much. Everything is at walking distance. Very convenient.

I make the reservation 1 week before I travel back to Sandakan. The sales people cannot comprehend what information they needed and ended up instead of 1 email replied? I gotten 6 emails.

Upon check in, no one at the reception. The moment the staff came out, she shown her black face! My brother and I was shocked!..she ask 3-4 times of my information while we provided all needed upon the 1st conversation (just that she don't listen)...

On my 1st night, I call to the receptionist to ask for nearby food stall, guess what? The guy answer "I don't understand English nor I speck English!". He repeated no of time but from the tone of voice? You know he's not concentrating not will he bother. Mmm you all must think twice should you want to stay here.

Aside of that, the place is rather convenient as is near of all kind of facilities I.e: food stalls, place to hang out for coffee / beer, 7-11, bus stand, banks, nearby garden "Kim Fung aka more food and place to walk"!...All and all the place location is good and friendly but not the hotel staffs!
