Very disappointed...My family and I were looking forward to experiencing staying in the tropical resort especially after seeing the pictures from the website. These pictures are truly false and if they actually showed what you get when your there no one would ever go. For the first time my family and I experienced what it's like to check in to...

Stayed here for a night, which we found out to be too short to explore the whole resort. Our arrival was welcomed with drinks and native music played by the staffs. I stayed in one of the cabin which was a once in a lifetime experience. The cabin was spacious and cool. Very relaxing. In the morning we went for...

Just back from there 2 days ago. Book a Engkabat room, but got problem with the aircon, so they upgrade us to Chalet Selangan Room. Later we found small ants are falling down from its wooden celling, and they immediate offer us to change room again. We encounter some many problems, and we go to its reception to complain/seek help...

We came to this resort with children seeking nature outside Miri town. The resort basically has all they need to provide green tourism as well as introduction to the nature. My wife and I were booked for for 2 days/1 night. Initially we wanted to spend 3 days/2 nights. We were glad we did only stayed for 1 night. Read on and you will understand. We booked our room through the internet. Thinking the chalets being RM20/= more expensive would be a great deal. We arrived at the counter at...

Enjoyed this resort 3 days during Ramadan period in 2013. Due to Ramadan(?), there was no group guest, almost empty in the resort. I used Maranti chalet including breakfast & dinner. All foods in Restaurant were excellant and delicious, and all staffs were very kind. Best thing to me, everything in restaurant came from the farm in resort, local food....

Great hotel for families with kids and those who want to take a break surrounded by nature. Situated around 40 km from Miri. Hotel is located in the middle of the rain forest. We've stayed there 2 nights 2 full days and it was ok. I wouldn't recommend to stay longer than 4 nights as you may get bored. The...
