Good hotel, seems to be one of the best in Miri. Good location in the middle of the town and nice modern room. Bed comfortable and air conditioning good. Excellent bathroom which is good to separate it from the toilet. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Welcoming with cold towels in a hot day with refreshing local calamansi juice is extra touch and a surprised during check in, which many hotels in town not even practising now. Kingwood Boutique Hotel is a great boutique hotel which I would highly recommend.

Is a pretty,cozy and classy hotel located in the centre of Miri city. Plenty of eatery nearby within walking distance. There are a shopping mall and cinema nearby as well. Staffs are friendly, helpful and efficient.

Cozy room and the staffs are all friendly. Basically stay here every bussiness trip. The manager Judee is very responsible and attentive to my requests. Breakfast is nice too but can add more choices in my opinion.

The hotel in situated in a very good location, opposite the imperial shopping mall and near all the bars and nightlife. We were warmly greeted by staff who gave us a cold drink and cool flannel. The reception area is very inviting with comfy seats and the best rated restaurant in Miri, where we had the most delicious rib eye steak and peppercorn sauce. The breakfast was adequate and cheap however they charged extra for tea and coffee which we thought should have been included in the price but as it was so cheap we didn't overly mind. The hotel does not have parking like other hotels near by however, there was plenty of parking around the hotel which cost around 5RM for 24 hours. Although we enjoyed our mini break I am unsure I would stay again as the rooms smelt of cigarette smoke. We changed rooms due to the Aircon not working and the new room still smelt of cigarette smoke. The hotel is a non smoking hotel however, as the windows open in the room, I imagine people smoke in their rooms with the windows open. After two nights our clothes stank, and due to the smell in the room it became very claustrophobic. Bonus to the staff who moved us rooms when asked and sent maintenance when required. My husband didn't like the layout of the room with the toilet being behind a frosted glass door. The frosted glass did nothing to hide privacy, ok if you don't mind being watched but if sharing a room with someone you're not overly familiar with, I could imagine this being a problem. …

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Miri, great location and the malls are close by within 5 minutes walk. Lots of great food choices within 2 minutes from the hotel. Not sure if they have allocated parking for guests. Would prefer room with shower. The one I was in had a bath shower so it was fine just my preference to have a walk in shower. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate.

Small and boutique hotel located at godd laction which surrond convienent store and food court. But the room maintainace ahve to improve especially the wall and ceiling condition. Overall staying enviroment is moderate.

My friend booked the hotel for us. The moment I stepped into the premise, I was amazed by the look of the hotel. Staff are very friendly, very polite and very accommodating. The room was very clean and has a very modern look. It's situated at a very strategic place. Just a walking distance to Imperial Mall. At night we can see people busking on the streets through our hotel room's window which is very nice. Definitely will book again in the near future. Thank you for the amazing experience!!
