Stayed here for 1 night. I must say it was not too bad though the hotel does need some improvements. I didn’t really had a good night sleep because of the occasional noise outside the room plus the pillows were not comfortable at all. That have to be replaced though I must admit the room was very clean. The air conditioner is new too. I’m quite impress there’s a rain shower. No bidet attached to the toilet. Instead they provided a ladle. The room is quite basic. Overall it was just ok but could be better if they gotten new fluffy pillows & clean towels.

It all depends at what price you got this hotel for. I got it under 40 dollars so no complaints in general . The hotel is very near to Canada Hill. The hotel has seen better days. Decent room with tv but no channels . No fridge. The Bath room has a washbasin and shower in the bath tub but no tap. There is no Comod shower which is a common thing in Asian hotels usually. Biggest problem is there are no good place to eat nearby . You have to walk at least 800 meters to get a food court . There are 2 convenience store bang opposite the hotel. The hotel staff is very poorly trained they have no idea about the neighbourhood and local sightseeing attractions. Do visit Coco Cabana and Canada Hill for view .

Got a deluxe queen room and I stayed for 3 nites. Location is ok and within walking distance to Bintang Mega shopping Mall. No problem with the room, the TV channels is boring with local and a Chinese channel. Waste water pipe is noisy and can heard upstair flush or shower. Aircon - ok TV - ok, chinese channel no sound for few days. Toiletries - ok, body wash only Bed - ok, slight firm Daily cleaning - ok Reception counter - ok, friendly and help me rent car Lift - ok, one broken down on 2nd day.

An old hotel, but recently under renovation. There is only one lift to the floors. Friendly reception staff and a relax atmosphere. The renovated rooms are clean and modern looking. Free wifi. Air-con, water, coffee making facilities, old water shower. No breakfast. Better to eat outside at the numerous coffee shops. No swimming pool. Plenty of hotel car parking spaces. Around the hotels are coffee shops, pubs, small shops, school, police station, church and other hotels. Good, quiet, base to explore old Miri. Walking distance to Miri Centrepoint shopping centre. Value for short driving trip to Miri.

We visited Miri on our way to Mulu park. While there ain't much to see and do here, this hotel was a good place to stay. It is pretty old fashioned (the AC controller is wired and has old fashioned switches!) but that also has its charm. The staff is nice, room is clean. Warm shower (not hot). And due to some negative reviews here we skipped the restaurant all together.

The hotel is in walking distance to some interesting and important spots, such as the visitor centre, good restaurants, shopping mall, Canada hill, etc. The rooms are clean, there's wifi in the room, as well as a fridge and a more or less clean bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpfull. You may want to check your pillow before going to sleep and - if neccessary - ask for another one; some are hard as a rock and are quite unfomfortable.
