This is the terrible inn that I first met. The staff unfriendly and not willing to help us when we ask for the family room. We stayed for two nights and we needed to change the bed sheets for ourselves. First night, we found the bedsheet very dirty, got a lot of hair and we asked for change. But the staff said only the housekeeper came for the next morning to change it. Next day, nobody came to change for it and we even found some ants on the bedsheets. What a nightmare that I could not sleep. Also, the bathroom had no hanger or place to leave the belongings. The water can spread over the floor once taking the bath because of the stucking pit. Overall, it was terrible and I wouldn’t recommend to stay in such inn.

We enjoy our five nights stay here. The location is great as it is just few minutes walk to Boulevard Mall and also surrounded with convenient store, cafe, bakery, bank and variety of restaurants. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, heater and air-conditioner is well functioning.

We stayed 2 x one night in this property before and after our transit to Brunei. The strong point of this place is its location: 15-minute walk from the main bus station Pujut. There are also few local restaurants around [food was excellent] and a 7eleven. On our first stay’s check in, receptionists told us they increased their rates after the date we booked on Booking.com and so, we had to pay more than our reservation price. We had to talk to the manager to resolve this situation. However, staff was pretty kind and helpful. We booked a deluxe room on both stays: there was a window, which was useful but not enough compared to the bad smoking smell [even if smoking is mentioned as not allowed in the room]. On our first stay, we asked for an other room but it was still smelling cigarette smoke. On our second stay, WiFi was not working properly. The only solution offered by the boss was to give back our money and sleep somewhere else (at 8:00pm). He finally sent a technician and problem was solved for the evening. The morning after, WoFi was again out-of-order.

Totally agree with the last reviewer that this indeed is a new hotel and very comfortable. Paying for RM88.00 for a queens bed deluxe room with window is a great choice for our business trip. We don't mind with the basic amenities and rather small room as long they are clean and the most important thing is the room is odourless. Thumbs up!!!

This hotel only opened up in November 2016 so it is clean and fresh (which we needed as we had just spent 4 days in Mulu Jungle!) Admittedly the room size was small and ours had no window, but we seemed to have enough space for our bags. We originally booked for just the 1 night and ended up staying for 3! The bed was a good size and if felt as though the bedsheets were made of egyptian cotton as they were that soft. The towels were white and fluffy, the shower lovely and hot with a lot of power and the free wi-fi is super-super fast! This hotel is situated in a commercial centre so next door there is a 7/11 and on-site there is a bakery and an awesome food court serving delicious and cheap Malaysian food. If you need a laundrette to clean your wet/smelly jungle clothes having come from Mulu, there is also one on site - which also has super-fast free wi-fi so you can while away your time waiting for your clothes to be washed and dried by entertaining yourself on the internet! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking at moving on to Brunei, this hotel is close to the bus station where you can catch a bus for 50RM, alternatively, the hotel have a private taxi number which will take you door-to-door for 70RM - we used this service and our driver "Paul" was quick and efficient. Great little find!
