I stay here regularly for work and the hotel is ok. Staff are great: helpful, accommodating and always smiling. There are many restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores open 24/7 and a supermarket. Two kilometres to the centre of Miri but Grab and Uber will take you there for 4 or 5 MYR.

I enjoyed staying here 2 nights for a meeting. It is one of the better hotels I have stayed in in Sarawak. The room was very comfortable and clean, with plenty of hot water for the bath and shower (always important after a long day). I would definitely stay here again.

I have been staying this hotel for the pass 4 days. From the outlook of the design. The hotel is more of a business class hotel (3 star). Room overall is standard look. Shower water is hot enough. However the bathtub rubber seal is damage, as I couldnt unblocked it to let the water flow out as fast as possible....

The hotel is in a good area, it's a 10mins drive to the Bintang Mall. U can Uber down for about 3RM. Uber seems to be the cheapest way to travel around Miri, most places have got free wifi so quite easy to book from one place to the next. There is also a supermarket, with 3 levels ( level...

The hotel itself used to be more impressive. In light of all the travels I do - most hotels now are quite well lit. Imperial Palace could start working on that especially for the rooms. I found them to on the dim side. The room I stayed in, mattress definitely needs a change as the springs aren't functioning well so...

The location is about 10-15 minutes walking distance to Miri Stadium. There were good coffee shops nearby, and also Servay Supermarket located behind the hotel. The check in service was ok, but I was pleased with the quality of the standard room. It came with free wifi, bathtub and the room was clean and quiet at night. The hotel offered...

I loved this hotel for its great location being surrounded by cafes everywhere. Parking below the hotel is so safe and is free. Hotel staffs from reception to cafe are ever friendly. Room size is quite big, standard room has no views. However, I do not like the bathtub, is very inconvienent for elderly guests, the modern flat floor bathroom...
