Had a good stay at this hotel. Room was clean. Bed and pillows supportive. Aircond freezing cold. Good hot and cold water. Good water pressure. Breakfast sufficient. Check in smooth. 2 key cards given without asking. Free parking for in house guests. Great location. Easy access for food next to and behind hotel.
Room is clean and spacious. Lots of cafe nearby within walking distance. I would recommend a foot/body massage nearby. Complimentary basement parking for hotel guest. Best to book the room through Agoda as they offer good rates.
The hotel is situated quite close to the city center. It is a large and space-full, well maintained but as well, it requires some renovation and upgrades. The rooms are space-full and well cleaned. Most likely it will be these days to find old fashioned 625 line TV but I was not there to watch TV. Anyhow, just a couple of channels where available. Breakfast is for the mass, minimized and doesn’t cover any known American type breakfast. Unfortunately, coffee was not any better than the rest. Keep in mind that a lot of rooms have no window and they are looking on closed corridors so – so called window is looking to the opposite room. However, personal is friendly, and as far possible, willing to help, will do that the best way they can.
We can smell the mustty air in the common area and hallway on the 3rd floor, as well in our room. Good size room, like the firm bed and pillows. A couple of digits on the safe are broken. The bathtub is built high and there is no handle bar to use to enter and exit the tub. It requires new tile grout surrounding the tub. The tub slip-mat is No LONGER the original cream color. Bath towels are well used and thin. Breakfast is included with local and western food. Food are not kep warm/hot. There are cheap open air local food at walking distances. We were there for the amenities of local food and spas/massages service.
Have stayed at number of hotels in Miri. This is the best hotel by far. Stayed for a night at the hotel. A great hotel to stay in with friendly staff and good food. Excellent breakfast selection with local and International selection. There is a Chinese restaurant within the hotel premises however there are are plenty around. You will not be disappointed on food. If unsure, ask the staff.
Location was convenient. Facilities were adequate. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast provided was good. I liked the Nasi Lemak, but there could be more varieties especially for vegetarians. The massage places just outside the hotel were good too. There's even one which says 'family' which means safe for all.
Well, it's a quite popular hotel in Miri though it's not in the heart of lively Miri town. Booking is easy peasy, by online ( through the hotel websites itself or by trivago, prices online are hugely differences compare to walk in). Offers come with or without breakie. Our check in was smooth and the room given was like requested. You will have a view of course. The bed was great and with good air conditioning. Basic amenities provided ( toiletries and mini bar for hot drinks). Quite good selection of TV's channels. Bathroom has bathtub. Food: you may find at the hotel's restaurant or go out for local food. There's a good Chinese eating place selling awesome fried chicken. A few steps from the hotel ( back entrance)When you found tables with crowd and smell of satay..that's the place. Good varieties of breakfast serves. Flavour wise is edibles. They refilling the food until 0930 a.m. Activities around depending on your likenesses. Overall, good quiet place for relaxing.…
great place for getting around with convienited roads, friendly staff and very clean. HUGE bath tub was a treat. obky regret was not trying the restaurant but so many good places close by, especially if you love laksa.
Stayed here for a night and this hotel was more than what I expected. For less than RM150 (USD45) I got a clean and reasonably spacious room. The lobby was rather grand and spacious. Bed was quite comfortable. Various local food stalls / eateries were within walking distance as well. On a down side, I personally thought the air conditioner was too cold and was unresponsive to temperature setting buttons on the control panel. Breakfast provided was fair. Overall a nice stay, with a very competitive price tag.
We stayed for 1 night. It was more than we expected. The room was clean, reasonably spacious and great value for money. Conveniently located with a hypermarket and shophouses all within a short walking distance. We also did not hear any outside noise while we were in our room. The lobby was airy and spacious. On the minor side, the access card is a bit hassle to operate especially in the lift and the Air-cond is extremely cool with the control panel of no help, although we switched it off at 11.00pm and it was still cool until 9am in the morning. Another improvement - the lightings. There should be more lights near the writing desk.
