Miri Hotel is a good choice for travellers looking for a comfy and affordable place to stay. The hotel is considered old, but clean. There is a lot of nice local restaurants which are all within short walking distance. Additionally, you can enjoy sea breeze after the dinner at Marina Bay Square.

This hotel is suitable for who on the go. Opposite of this hotel there is local food court and near this hotel there is Chinese restaurant. If you need good wifi stay at level 5 or 6 it much better. The price though sometimes it change.

Stayed here for 2 days,accompanying my boyfriend coming home from sea. Just that,i have problems with the bathroom. Toilet should have pili air and hos if possible,and the shower is cold and took quite a long time to have hot water. The room and bed is very good and clean. Overall good.

Staff was very friendly rooms were clean.It is located in very nice and quiet pat of Branson. Very seneic drive. Plan on going to stay there again very soon. We enjoyed how quiet it was and there was places to eat right next door.

After asking for a quiet room, I was shuttled into a 2nd story room over looking a street. If anyone thinks Miri is a quaint, quiet little town (now apparently a City), it may be most of the time but not last Saturday night. Noisy revving cars zoomed down this street till the early hours of Sunday. If you use this hotel, check the room before settling on it. Too tired and late to change rooms, if any were available. Otherwise friendly staff.

Good Location, and the FO staff are OK. However, everything needs a whole lot of improvement. The room is dirty, bedsheets stained, bathroom with broken tiles, Dirty window sills. I would not recommend.

The Miri Hotel is a budget/mid-range option that represents reasonably good value in its price range, not spectacular by any means, but with rooms fairly well appointed, albeit on the somewhat faded side. Slightly odorous, slightly run-down but nonetheless large enough, with desks, cabinets, places to hang clothes, TV, working wifi, large comfortable beds, functioning air con, relatively high ceilings, big windows, and for the price you can definitely do much worse in Miri. Also, the price includes breakfast, which definitely makes the hotel much better value than its competitors in the price range.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I like to go to Miri, Malaysia in every month. Then, I also like to book online by Agoda .com to book the room type “Deluxe “ at MIRI hotel. But I fell that when I arrived there the receptionist gave me the different type of room, which is lower cost with some reason the deluxe rooms were already full or used. For example my last trip on 14 March 15, they gave me to room 448, which was unclean as the room the deluxe I used to stay before, then they changed me to another room, was not Deluxe type, has only one queen bed, suppose the Deluxe room has one queen bed and one single bed with clean condition. Please kindly find the way to improve the service condition as I usually trust the service of Agoda. If the room was not available so, please kindly update to the Agoda, rather gave me the different room type. I just book about 3hours before my arrival the hotel. I like to use Agoda service to book to avoid the complicated deposit system that I had experience with the hotel last time, when I checked out, it supposed the receptionist gave me back my deposit shortly after they checked my room. But it was keep me longer and did not tell me anything about my deposited , when I asked her to give me my deposit she gave me blank paper to sing, but I refused to do so. After that she told me to wait for printing. It was not the appropriate way that she should keep me longer without telling me after the room confirming. Anyway, all my previously staying before that time I did not find out I had difficulty of my withdrawal deposit during my check out from the hotel. Yours Sincerely, Sorya…
