aircon not cold, mattress too soft, dirty room n bathroom, towel got stains... on tv1 program on tv, shower holder broken n not repaired, cigarette butts not cleaned at d window... no toilet paper... for RM83 pernight, thats really bad... can hear d thumping of music for the whole night from nearby karaoke till 6.30am..!!!

Why terrible? Because it was my fav place to stay before. got a room for double bed, but was late night (got delayed from flight) Pros -still a budget place -got some good water dispenser outside. -secured door that closes from midnight to morning -actually have good channels but my tv channels weren’t working. -got towels -2 small bottled water given for each room so sad this was my favourite inn paid 100+ for the room plus taxes and deposit. Cons -the tv in my room can be switched on but no channels. Tried to fix the channels still nothing. -airconditioning filter was dusty, second time since 2 years i cleaned the filter (what i usually do so theres no airbourne diseases) -toilet drainage seems to be semi clogged. -toilet hose leaking and not maintained. -went in the room the tap was open. Either never been closed or had a person checked in earlier the staff never checked. -someone smoking somewhere near the reception area which seeps into nearby rooms. Conclusion: not worth my money. But i guess this can be an improving critic to the management of this inn or it will fade in the future as overrated place to stay. …

If you r looking for a place to crash with really tight planning on budget. This is the place! But still worth the money that u r spending. Room is clean and no where near dodgy. Plenty of eateries, massage parlours and entertainment clubs which are all in walking distance. Its just the bathroom a lil noisy (water heater n leaking pipe) making me rate it at 4 instead of 5

The staff receptionist and housekeeping is friendly.. Room is clean.. Air Cond is great.. Comfortable and Coxy.. Hotel is near with food area.. Nothing to complain.. Thumbs up for the hotel.. It is a great hotel to stay..

A good place for a short trip. Clean, cosy and comfortable. Hotel location far from the main town but no worries, there's many restaurant, a 24 hrs convenient store and mall near the hotel. Hotel also can help you to call a taxi, just inform them in advance. The hotel staff very friendly and easy to deal.

We needed a place to stay for my cousin wedding in Miri.So, I booked family with window room, However we were given a different room when we arrived . But it was worth it and comfortable (no extra payment). My parents can have their privacy n my sister and I can have our own room. we stayed there for 4 nights. The staff is very friendly and resourceful. The best part is that we get free WIFI and laundry services all the way!!(located below the hotel). The room is also new and clean. There's also 24hr store just below the hotel.Halal restaurants can also be found here (walking distance) around 2 minutes!!But i found that the noise at night (came from clubs located on the opposite side) was quite annoying as the sound can be heard(thumping- bass) from 8 pm till morning. Hard to see any public transport so I suggest to rent a car. All in, it is a good place to stay in Miri.…

The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable.The reception were very helpful.They would contact a taxi to come pick me up to my travel destinations.It's location is convenient(shopping malls,restaurants,etc nearby).Beds are comfortable and the room has a welcoming look to it. Definitely recommend this as a good place to stay.

Very far away from Miri city centre. But the location is good if you want to visit the crocodile farm or to Brunei. The inn is new and clean. Their services are great too! We noticed there's alot of CCTV installed in this inn, even at the parking spaces in front of the inn. So best to park your vehicle at that area. Be safe. Next to the inn is a convenient shop and coffee shop. You can find various choices of breakfast/ supper nearby this inn. Lastly, there's no blueberry found in this inn. So if you want some blueberry, please go to the nearest mall, for the jam or bread. XD

visiting Miri is my passion due to the geographical places. Blueberry inn was the best choice of stay, far from town and far from the noises. The reception staff and the housekeeping was very warm welcoming our stay there. Our room was at 103, near to reception counter. Keep the good job guys! Get the room with window!

this is new inn & clean rooms.cheaper for budgeting but in the night time always hearing a motorcyclist with modded exhaust too loud passing this place.just a 5 minute walk to giant permy mall and nearby got nightlife entertainment can be heard a bit from the room.below the inn got 7 eleven shop.
