Came for a wedding & stayed for 5 nights. Wedding Reception was in this hotel so this is why we chose it. All the things provided as you would expect from a luxury hotel. It meet our expectations. There is a mall next door and a hair dresser and nail salon within walking distance. Also local cafes and eateries if you want to save money (we did not buy the breakfast package; preferring local foods for breakfast & lunch). Dinners with our local families

Stayed here for three nights and found it to be comfortable and convenient in many ways. Situated along Miri-Pujut Road which is the main road in the city, it is easy to move from place to place. A supermarket nearby and plentiful of eateries behind make life easier. Room was great with all facilities we need. Services are good too. Breakfast was simple though.

The steak that they served here is superb. Best steak in town. Medium rare cooked to perfection. Always come here only for their steak and nothing else. Never failed me. Recommended for all who is in Miri

Check in was great
The food has lost the taste of that years back esp Chic Rice and the poor F&B staff in clearing the table and difficult to catch their attention!
Checking out … wanted a few hours late checkout was rejected abruptly and cold! It’s a Monday I’m Sure you can be more flexible !!!! Sad and no consideration at all
I will not return here

I have stayed in this hotel before and decided to return on the next trip because of its strategic location and comfortable stays. Eateries and a supermarket are just a few minutes away. Rooms are very good with well equipped facilities. Breakfast was good. Room service was excellent. Staffs were friendly and helpfull.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip and found it to be a good value hotel. From the outside its orangy pink colour might not be to everyones taste but once inside the spacious lobby the decor is more traditional. The rooms are spacious and clean although perhaps they could do with some updating of the decor. King size bed, desk and chair, TV with cable channels, 2 additional armchairs and a small table are well set out in the space. Bathroom with shower over the bath is also of a good size and toiletries are supplied. There is a fridge and mini-bar but it's very expensive in comparison to the prices outside the hotel although still very cheap to any Western visitors. There is also free Internet connection in every room should you have a laptop with you.

The restaurant on the ground floor has a limited choice of menu but the food is nicely presented and tastes good. On the first floor there is a Chinese Restaurant and in my opinion it is the better of the 2 outlets. Breakfast is in the larger main restaurant and has a mixture of eastern and western choices available.

Near to the hotel is what is termed an entertainment area and a large supermarket / department store. There are lots of bars and eating places nearby and all in alI had a very good time while staying here.

Had our wedding dinner in one of the restaurant. Despite having our dinner in the same hotel, there wasn't any complimentary stay for us.

Room has a foul smell. There were left overs from previous guest. Didn't clean / wipe the desk properly.

Although the hotel is outdated the rooms are big and clean. Parking is available and there is a supermarket, book and toy shop right next door. The staff at the pool area however was rude. We requested for towels we havent even told her our rooms and she scolded us she told us only 2 towels per room over and over. We only wanted six towels and we had 4 rooms. When returning the towels I told her the room numbers and even pointed it to her but she went and signed off on other room returning the towels. I told her that wasnt our rooms and she got mad.

When I asked for a second key card at the front desk
The guy just kept silent and started checking my record on the computer (didn’t say a word)
How rude ... then he said you cannot loose the card you have to return it
As if I don’t know but then again it’s a room for two I need two cards !!!!
Just rude

The hotel is located at the main street leading into Miri and has shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast could be improved, the coffee was cold! Good hotel for one or two nights.
