The steak that they served here is superb. Best steak in town. Medium rare cooked to perfection. Always come here only for their steak and nothing else. Never failed me. Recommended for all who is in Miri
Although the hotel is outdated the rooms are big and clean. Parking is available and there is a supermarket, book and toy shop right next door. The staff at the pool area however was rude. We requested for towels we havent even told her our rooms and she scolded us she told us only 2 towels per room over and over. We only wanted six towels and we had 4 rooms. When returning the towels I told her the room numbers and even pointed it to her but she went and signed off on other room returning the towels. I told her that wasnt our rooms and she got mad.
Chose this hotel because we were about to go shopping at Servay which was very convenience to us as we only have to go next to the hotel. For an old hotel, the place was okay. The breakfast was nice. Thanks a lot!
As requested room nearer to elevator for elderly assigned. A pleasant and blissful stay. Eatery, shops, malls, museum are around the city. It is convenient to use the Grab service available, if you have planned the itinerary.
When I asked for a second key card at the front desk The guy just kept silent and started checking my record on the computer (didn’t say a word) How rude ... then he said you cannot loose the card you have to return it As if I don’t know but then again it’s a room for two I need two cards !!!! Just rude
The hotel is located at the main street leading into Miri and has shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast could be improved, the coffee was cold! Good hotel for one or two nights.
I have always been a regular of Pullman but decided to try a different hotel this trip. The moment I checked in, I regretted choosing this hotel. First impression I got was that this hotel is ancient! It is in need of an urgent renovation. The room feels ancient and buttons in the room creak! The hotel being so near to the main road means I can literally hear every car driving past. For this reason, I do not have peace and tranquillity staying here. Quality of service was just mediocre. I will not recommend this hotel to others and suggest to pay a little more for better quality hotels. This stay strongly reinforces my perception that Pullman is still the best in Miri. It is worth paying extra for it!
Nice and comfortable hotel.. Stayed a night.. It was clean and room was very good condition. They do have room service food and also restaurant inside.. Overall happy with my stay.. Staffs were freidnly and checkin is quite fast
Just a few minutes drive from the prime locations in Miri. Hotel is a bit run down but still well maintained. Breakfast is halal and serves both western and local food. Near to the clubs and pubs with a few choices of massage parlour and independent stores.
I stayed here for one night while in transit between Brunei and KL. there is a Mall next door which has a supermarket selling everything you might need. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The local food is superb and it is inexpensive to eat in any of the nearby restaurants. The rooms are spacious and there is a lovely deep bath for soaking in. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. My flight out was delayed and I was able to check out late and also they printed my boarding pass off for me. This hotel is really exceptional value for money.
