The check in fast and the staffs were very nice and polite. the rooms are a bit dated, but it is clean and big. There are full of amenities in the room. The breakfast spread is nice, but the restaurant's food is a bit too expensive for my liking. The lifts are super fast

It was a one-night stay and a very late check in as I had just arrived from the airport. I was already on the edge of sleeping wherever I could, but the check in process was fast. The room, the bathroom is clean. Nice comfy bed. The breakfast was awesome! For those who like clubbing, it just a walking distance... More

1. Location: A. Not that far from Miri City Centre but definitely you need cab to get to town. B. For those who like clubbing, you are surrounded by night clubs. C. Foods: next to servey supermarket. Halal restaurant Al-Asna at the back of the hotel within 10min walk. Only open during the day. Not for those who look for... More

It was a one-night stay trip here as we were on our way to a remote village called Ba'Kelalan. I remember this hotel to be livelier especially with the oil and gas expats but the slump in oi prices have made the hotel far too quiet. The room is very spacious and comes with a TV, fridge, free wifi, hot... More

Stayed a few nights at this hotel. They allowed me to check-in after an early flight into Miri. The breakfast was average with a bit of western and eastern dishes. I ordered room service once and it was average. The air con was ice cold to the point where I couldn't get the thermostat quite right. The room was mostly... More

Although the hotel only gives 2 access code for 2 devices, it is enough for me. The wifi internet speed is good and less time required while loading internet page. Overall cleanliness is above expectation, perhaps the hotel mgmt realized their hotel is old, so cleanliness becomes their selling point to customers.

Stayed here for four nights over the weekend of the Borneo Jazz Festival. Hotel was full over this time but staff coped well with the influx of patrons. My room was clean and comfortable.
