Though the location of the Hotel is on the highway road side, is not directly accessible for driving. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There eateries located in the same building, from Western food to Asian cuisine food court. There is a twenty four hour dobi, a car wash and a convenient store. Very convenient for family or business travelers.

Room Tip: As the hotel is facing the main road, suggest to select rooms facing the residential area.

Nice place for a short stay, really worth the money, its even cheaper when you book online. I would totally come back again when I am traveling on a budget, comes with free breakfast which is okay. Its a bit far from the city center but still worth staying at.

The staff needs to learn to protect every guests privacy and not giving out false informations to outsiders. Its not ethical at all and very rude. Any informations like this needs to be treated as confidential. Whether its true or false.

Nice place but smell like urine. Told the waiter but she was not listening and ignored my comment. The location is next to Paragon Hotel and Chicken Rice place. If the manager happened to see this comment, please make sure your cleaning the place thoroughly.

Stay here for a night. Probably wouldn’t come back if I didn’t have to go somewhere near here for business. It’s abit far from town and abit pricey for the standard they have. Toilet do not have ventilation. Room is ok but aircon position is wrong as it blow my face directly.

This newly built hotel is DEFINITELY not for tourist without own transport or car as it is located approximately 20-30minutes drive to town area (depending on traffic flow). It's suitable for those who are there for business trip or to visit nearby industrial park (kuala baram industrial park). There is a new mall just opposite the hotel. You can find foodstalls, restaurants, mini grocery store, laundry shop and mini pubs just down the hotel. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is average though.

Was assigned to preach in a church nearby the area so chose to stayed there for the night (just 5 minutes travel from the church by car). Was joined by my wife this time and really enjoyed the stay in Superior Queen Room. The room was comfortable and simple, the bed was good too.

Lots of food available downstairs and there's a shopping mall nearby as well. Heard that their "laksa" and barley drink are good (didn't have the chance to try though). Food price starts from RM2.50 to RM10 (I think?).

There's one downside about the stay - I could hear housekeeping knocking from door to door saying "housekeeping" around 9am or so. Thank God we put the "Do Not Disturb" sign so our door wasn't locked.

My family and I stayed in Paragon Lutong Hotel twice last year. The first time was splendid, we stay in Executive room for four days, the room was ok, the bathroom is alright too and the hotel reserving parking space for us. We were quite happy and impressed. The second time we stay in Paragon for 11 days during Christmas to New Year 2014, I almost lost my rented car key!! Of course we have young kids playing around in the room but they don't play and touch parent important things such wallets, phones, laptops and keys. My car key was on top of my MacBook on the table that morning when I get the 2 ladies from housekeeping to do the room cleaning and tidy up. After they left we decide to go to town for breakfast and found out the car key is missing! We searching the whole room, luggage bags, handbag and lastly we got panic because just can't it anywhere in the room. We asked the kids if they accidentally took the key but they honestly admit they didn't disturb it. So we are very worried plus it's a rented car, my goodness!! My sister just recalled the two ladies from housekeeping just left and just incase one of them accidentally throw it to the bin next to the table because one of them were wiping the table earlier. My sister quickly look for them, thank goodness they were two rooms away and asking them if they see our car key but none of them knows anything about the car key. My sister was smart to asked about our bin bag on their trolly. One of the house keeping lady was kind to tell which is the rubbish bag where the bin bag located while the other lady kept quiet and her face look suspicious. Thank goodness my sister found the car key!! It was in our bin bag/rubbish bag!. We were so surprise and pissed off when we found it and to learn about this kind of attitude from the housekeeping. We believe they are good people to allow them to come in to do their job cleaning and tidy up the room but to get an unexpected incident in such is seriously a turn off to consider for a stay in the future.

Another thing I am very angry and upset about was the second time around our stay on December, we stayed for a week plus a the reception just doesn't bother to reserve a guest parking space for us. It's important as a paid guest whom stay long plus we have a baby with us. So reservation parking space is much appreciated if the receptionist ever realise and considerate which is questionable but instead one of the male receptionist were rudely debating with me back regarding the parking space, I was very angry because have to walk a distance carrying a baby at night and its been few days I don't get guest parking space. WTH?!

Hopefully the management do something about the workers. It a good new hotel, good location but we are not impress with the workers, thank you.

Only 5-10 minutes walk or 3 minutes in the courtesy minivan from the nearby Shell office. Friendly staff, efficient check-in and check-out, fast wifi, plenty of local eating options downstairs. The room was brand new, cool and quiet air-con, clean and comfortable bed, some cable channels on TV, and a small desk for working. Bathroom was small but has a hot and powerful shower, and basic amenities included.
The hotel also has a small bar and fitness equipment on the first floor.
In all, if you're visiting the nearby oil companies it's a very good comfortable budget choice.
